Dammit. I took a villaining job in a super robot anime, I thought it would be a nice change of pace, and yes it is pretty cool. I even get my own robot, it's blue, has claws, turns into a wolf, absolutely my style~ It is a total partsformer, but that's a necessary compromise, the designers have to make it work as a physical toy somehow.
At least that's what I THOUGHT until I saw the heroine I'm up against, and HER robot (red, has a sword, turns into a falcon) stays all in one piece and basically just folds and twists and stuff, only MY robot splits into a bunch of parts. What gives?
