it is so disgusting watching other white people reassure each other about taking breaks from social media and "prioritizing your mental health" when literally the one thing Palestinians are asking for more than anything is that people do not look away from what is happening to them

does it not make you insane to think we all work roughly the same hours with some people working even longer days in shitty jobs that require hard labor and yet those people are in poverty and some people are making millions…for what is essentially slightly varying degrees of effort and time. it goes back to “earn a living wage” and how evil that phrase really is. should we all blow something up.

i’m strange but friendly so people tell me things

Pretty much everything you learned in school about nutrition and most government guidelines are wrong (in the US at least)! Calories literally don't matter, and different types of food process differently. Current nutritional trends and dieting focus on limiting the amount of food, but you can actually eat tons of certain kinds, like complete proteins, and still lose weight. In fact, you*need* to eat a ton of protein while dieting to maintain your muscle mass. Incomplete proteins can be eaten together to make complete proteins only if their amino acids add up to a complete protein. "Keto friendly" labeled things are normally garbage because the fiber they use to calculate net carbs doesn't actually counteract them. And that's just the tip of the iceberg!

If it was possible to like work part time and afford a place on your own anywhere it would change everything like the lives that would flourish the art that would be getting made the ideas and love and beauty that would be expressed it would change the world and they don’t want that…. They do not want that at all

i hope this is alright for me to add, but this poem references a line from one of hitler's speeches ordering the genocide of polish jews. at the end of the speech, he justified the genocide by saying "who, after all, speaks today of the annihilation of the armenians?" in a very literal way, genocides are interconnected and used to justify one another. after all, the holocaust was partially modeled after the united states' genocide of indigenous people. this is why it is so important to remember the victims of all genocides across history, and why it is so important for oppressed peoples to stand together in solidarity.
