Day 8: Bonus Day: Necklace, Halloween Au, Celebration

I just watched the trailer and I think I need to rewatch a few times to figure out my feelings. But it made me more emotional and excited than TLJ trailers ever did. Something about the cinematography and colours and sense of nostalgia. So that’s a good sign I think.

Not just you with the glasses, anon, though trailers always numb down my expectations. Like I got more Damerey feels from the merchandise with Poe being featured so prominently often beside Rey.The movie will have many parallels and callbacks to TROTJ and we’ll getting some good amount of trio scenes (finally!!!). My shipper heart hoped for a glimpse at a Damerey solo scene though which didn’t happen, but doesn’t mean won’t get some good shippery stuff (TFA and TLJ had so many Damerey parallels, I refuse to believe they were all for nothing).

No lying, this shot reminded me so much of the shuttle scene in TROTJ and seeing Rey and Poe in the position of Han and Leia here… all the ship feels!!!!
