                    scott crawled onto dalton’s bed, curling himself up under the blankets before reaching out for him. “can i stay here tonight?”

                    dalton nodded as he crawled onto the bed, lying over the covers as he draped his arm over scott's tummy. "of course you can. do you need anything?"

                    “i don’t understand.” now he’s just repeating himself, pulling himself out of dalton’s arms. “bed, please.”

                    dalton nudged scott towards the bedroom, his hands on scott's hips to keep him on the right track. "it'll be okay, i promise."

                    “i don’t understand.”

                     he pulled him into his arms, rubbing his hand lightly over his back. "it's okay, baby. let's go lie down, yeah?"

                    “they faked their own fucking death.”

                    "hey.. fuck. come here."

                    “i just don’t understand why they gave them up for adoption and kept me.”

                    "maybe they weren't ready for kids until they had you."

                    “life doesn’t make sense anymore.”

                    "do you want to talk about it, bud?"

"Yeah, kitten?" Shane grinned, pulling the boy closer, staring down at the script. "C’mon," He purred, spanking him gently before tugging him along.

                    Dalton whined softly, nodding slowly as he followed after Shane like a little lost puppy. "I'm a little less nervous and a little more excited now."

"Alright, I’ll be right back."

                    "Don't be too long. I might get bored and start being nosy with all of your shit."

          “hm? sorry, just been distracted.”
