i’ve decided to start moving the majority of my work, poetry and blog-style writing to Substack. the reason being, i feel like it’s a little more aligned with where i want to be creatively, and hopefully it’ll allow me to monetise in the future too.

Tumblr has always been, and will always be, my first love!! i mean, it’s a completely different type of platform, but the sheer number of bots here lately has really started to wear on me. the amount of AI and pornographic content popping up in communities (through no fault of the admins!) is disheartening and it makes me sad that i don’t always feel like i’m reaching the audience i want to.

i know there’ll probably be weird spammy stuff on Substack and elsewhere too, but Tumblr just isn’t quite the same as the Tumblr i fell in love with circa 2012… and that breaks my nostalgic little heart!! wah!!

⊹₊⟡⋆ that said—i’m not disappearing! i still love reblogging photography, sending little questions, hyping up others’ work… so i’ll still be around, just not using this space as my main writing platform anymore.

my boyfriend and i are planning on travelling in 3 months time, where i still plan to continue ''little letters'' .. i'll be adding postcards from different places in Asia when i visit.
