Homeward bound

Lucien was a bad person, ok. But how much of that was part of his personality and how much - the influence of the place he grew up in? His life in Shadycreek Run, then the Claret Orders (how did he even get there?) I wish we knew more about him.

A commission I did for @midnighter13 I'm so glad I had a chance to paint this piece for her! The circus kids and their friendship mean a lot to me and this AU has a special place in my heart. Usually warm up and wind down sketches are ugly. But sometimes they turn out better than the actual piece you've been working on the whole day. Or maybe I just miss circus kids too much.

Took a break from digital yesterday and started a new sketchbook with some critical role fanart.  Expanding the color palette a bit, just a couple more shades, barely sticking one finger out of my comfort zone. 

The commission I did for @redstarcat a couple of days ago. This is such a lovely AU, and I'm living for warm and quiet scenes like this one.

I’m not sure if I’ll keep them in the same style, but we’ll see.
