Today is the last day for the Big KRIT contest. I can honestly say I am very proud of myself for pushing even though I found out so late about the contest. I refused to allow that to stop me from trying. Each day I kept climbing to the top to make sure I at least made it to the top 10. To assure a chance that they will take a look at my video. This contest is more than a contest I feel it as an audition also a huge blessing. So  I took it very seriously, and made sute every day after work I practiced. If you know me Big K.R.I.T is one of my heroes. I look up to him. He’s not only a rapper, he is lyrically a genius and beyond talented. These days it is very rare to find a talent like his and  who is true to his roots and who he is. That is why I look up to him. It has been a dream since I first heard his music to work with him one day as a song writer. I love music that touches me and that I can relate to and his music does just that for me.
