Cyber the Hero

Despite his earnestness, Takoa Saibur is never quite acknowledged among his species for his achievements in electronics, and wants more than anything to know why his long-dead clan was the most reviled in Nanga Mai.

When Saibur dons the mysterious Countersuit, he becomes Cyber. This hi-tech exosuit grants him extraordinary powers as well as an extendable staff weapon called a Gavanax.

After his initial transformation into Cyber, Saibur’s regular appearance changes, and he is surprised to discover he has biologically aged six months in one day.

Ko “Code Saturn” Dsadun was a common street thug until he was adopted into the affluent Malsuami hyena clan, thanks to Saibur. Now, Code tries to look out for Saibur in return.

Teleri Jaymi has struggled her whole life to make a name for herself in cybernetics research, not content to rely on the prestige and wealth of her clan. She is Saiburʼs supervisor.

As C.E.O. of Teleri Corp.--where Saibur is employed--and chieftain of the foremost civet clan in Nanga Mai, Teleri Kyuma wields considerable influence over much of the city.

A massive yet cunning agent of the enigmatic Acolytes of the Rainbow Serpent, Ginga has the brawn and gumption to carry out any nefarious task, no matter the risk or difficulty.

As Zai is rarely seen without his companion Ginga, many speculate that the idea of leaving the wild fox unattended is feared even by the Acolytesʼ highest-ranking members.

Little is known about the Markhor, who leads a criminal syndicate based in the same ancient subterranean fortress where Saibur and Code first discovered the Countersuit.
