A grin couldn’t help but force its way onto Margot’s face as Go pointed out her unintentional pun. “I guess that technically means it’ll be your treat,” She hummed as she turned her attention back to the display of various baked goods. “Oh, I know I don’t have to thank you, but I’d like to anyway. Banana bread, you said?” Margot stood up straight to catch the attention of the man behind the counter. “Hi, excuse me. I’ll take two of those large chocolate chip cookies and three slices of the banana bread,” She ordered before turning back to Go. “Are you sure there isn’t anything else you’d like?”

the giggles wouldn’t stop. the ever famous Atropa had to have been the funniest person on the planet. that or the girl was still nervous about being in the same breathing space as her, or in the graces of such humility. she not only had the opportunity to work alongside such an amazing hero, but now she was being presented a slice of banana bread. her old habits fell from her, as she tried to remain as humble as she could possibly emit. there was a short bow to her head, “No thanks.” 

she took a sidestep to allow for the purchase, still slightly admiring the hero. there was something else she’d like, though nothing involving sugary goodness; she had questions of her own-- how her and Whist were recovering, if the children were safe, if she’d ever get the chance to work with them again, and tons of advice to ask, but she figured she’d start with a vague question first, “If I may ask... D-do the two of you--?” She didn’t quite know how to phrase the question, “Are you planning on returning?” she looked around nervously as to make sure there were no rubberneckers around, “To the job of course. I’m not here to pressure you or anything!! I’m just-- I guess I just wanted to pick your brain... if that’s okay?” her shoulders slouched as her question was finally issued. her fidgeting apparent to anyone in the small bake shop. 

     Rain: beautiful, refreshing, cooling rain. The midday downpour started a few minutes after she’d left her apartment building, Rowan’s light outfit was now suitably soaked with the sudden torrent from the skies and she was relishing the feeling. Backpack swinging behind her as she skipped along the path, hopping from puddle to puddle in her doc martens, her hair was sopping and sticking to her as she giggled to herself. She used to play this game with her Mom when she was a kid, and still at the ripe old age of 18 it kept her entertained.       Making to perform a particularly impressive leap towards a puddle that was farther away than any prior, she reared back slightly as another body came into view last minute. Landing a step or so away and wobbling ominously in place as she almost tumbled over in her err. She caught herself, mumbling a quiet “nice” as she straightened and smiled at the orange haired girl who was already apologising.     “Hey, no bother dude. I didn’t step on a crack so my Mama’s back is safe!” she grinned, pointing down at her boot-clad feet that were squarely in the middle of a paving stone “man your hair colour is so nice!“ she gasped, leaning forwards to inspect it closer “won’t it run and stain your clothes though? You should probably get inside and dry off.”

it was a near fatal collusion. the two of them could have bumped heads and fallen into a pair of twin concussions. with coma beds a mere foot apart they’d communicate in dreams, a slight debate over rain, and ketchup packets would tear them apart, though they’d surely share other similarities. Go was able to get along with most. typically. but a greeting such as ‘Dude’ also, typically meant that the other was friendly. “I’m happy to hear that your mother’s back is safe!!” she grinned back, the optimism of the other was both energetic and magnetic, just what Go needed for such an unpredictable afternoon. 

and then the realization set in, “Oh, jeezeeee” 

she tried her best to set her eyes to the top of her head, she likely looked as if she were about to pass out, due to the showings of the whites of her eyes. it was a fear that had escaped her initially and now it caused her to fret. “You’re right. We have to take cover immediately.” she shifted her eyes to the side, grabbing the girl’s wrist to pull her as well to an undercover awning. “This yogurt place seems nice?” she pointed to the door, though her eyes peeping under their feet-- she scooted the other girl to the left, to avoid the crack under her shoes. “Heh, unless you have somewhere else to be?”

      “You are an excellent hero, I have no doubts of that”, he confessed with a smile as his eyes returned from the sky to her, a raindrop managing to poke at his eyes and causing him to rub it incessantly until it stopped bothering. “How is that going, by the way? The whole… saving the city thing? I am too scared to ask my mother this kind fo questions, because the conversation can get a bit… awkward, but I have always wondered what really is like to work as a hero”, Robin shrugged; not like he was planning on joining anytime soon, oh no, NOT ANYMORE, but he was still curious and he needed to fill more pages of his morality log.

The girl’s spontaneity amused him constantly and he even envied her ability to turn of every situation into a fun one; he looked up again when she yelled at whoever was listening and for a second his mind wondered about the possibilities of something existing up in the sky and manipulating their lives and destinies on a daily basis.   ROBIN CURSED AT THEM IN SILENCE.    “It’s Crystalline”, he began commenting about the weather, “rain is always a possibility no matter that the news say”, he pointed out with a half smirk as he caught up with her entirely and stood by her side as she looked for her umbrella. “The weather in this city is so… chaotic that I should be able to manipulate it”, he chuckles, “it’s fine, we can find some cover, don’t stress yourself about it. Your place sounds good, it is way closer than mine anyways”, he agreed and started walking, “do you live by yourself, I think I never asked”, the boy questioned her, “or will someone be mad at you for bringing a stranger home?”

it was a compliment she wasn’t at all entirely ready to accept, but the words coming from Robin made her smile grow just a tiny bit. taking compliments wasn’t at all hard for her, but for some reason, this one was. it always had been. she always had her doubts that came from her own personal fears. she’d never be good enough to call herself a hero, but he was there calling her one. and given everything she’d recently been through, she was under the pretense that it was a title she could deserve. she pursed her lips in contemplation at his question, though she had no real way of knowing how to answer. she gave him a slight shrug. “Classified information, sir!!” though, she thought it best to give the typical media answer, “We’re working hard. Planning. Lots of planning, but we’ll get there. It’s not at all easy work, but the feeling and knowing that the world is a better place-- it makes it all worth it.” she had a thought to press-- to ask if he’d reconsider joining, though she knew it was a sticky situation. “I still think you’d like it.”

she chuckled at his comment. she really should have known better. Crystalline wasn’t at all predictable when it came for the weather, though she was starting to believe that nothing about her home was going to be predictable again. it was just a crazy story she lived in with plots that twisted like a roller coaster, but, at least, she’d always have this guy here to keep her a tiny bit sane. “Between you and I, you could manipulate the chaos in the clouds and I could try and manipulate the sun, though, that’d take a lot of power... but we’d have these skies cleared up in no time!!” but they were on the right track to her place, she had her belongings on her person and the directions in her feet as they carried on. “No, silly. Roommates don’t really work like that. Though, Parker will likely be at work. She has like a million jobs, I have to specifically plan when I get to see her. Though, it’s a shame I think you’d like her!”

The merciless rays of the glaring sun greeted the sleep-deprived Theo, who was making his way to a nearby supermarket for a quick yogurt run. Another evening of interminable readings & reviewing of his cases had been spent. If one were to study him closely enough, they would notice a brown coffee stain at the end of his button down’s collar & be able to identify a whiff of coffea arabica combined with his day-worn perfume. Remnants of the past hours. A trademark of his, it seemed. 

For reasons unbeknownst to him, the My Little Pony umbrella, which rightfully belonged to his neighbour’s seven-year-old, accompanied him on his short trip out of his apartment. He knew the weight of this particular umbrella’s absence in the unit 302 household, & perhaps had subconsciously decided to return it today, but then forgot about it just as quickly as he had decided. Nonetheless, it proved to be useful when the gray pavement was becoming painted with drops of darker gray here & there on his return trip. 

Plastic of yogurt in hand, he maneuvered his way through the streets, shielded from the rain by colourful horses. If it wasn’t for the hyperactive german shepherd being walked five feet away, Theo would have merrily carried on his way home, but the great creature had abruptly dashed for the other side of the street, dragging its distressed owner behind who bumped against Theo’s shoulder as they went past him. The impact made Theo lose his footing, stumbling to the side, although not for too long that he failed to regain it once more. Then there was the splash. Really, he wasn’t expecting it. That’s why he stopped in his tracks & stared down at his pants for a good beat, as if a revelation had just presented itself at his feet & he was deciphering it. 

Eventually, he replied with a casual shrug of his shoulders. “It’s fine. I never liked these pants anyway.” Then upon raising his gaze, his eyes widened at the sight of the soaked figure & he instinctively held his arm out so that the meager umbrella could cover them both.

her teeth were still showing, in not a smile kind of way. in a grimace sort of way-- in a way that said she was still completely so sorry for ever splashing him. eyes blinked. it was a momentary awkward silence after her words. he then commented on his trousers for which she immediately quipped, “I think they are great!! Color and texture-wise they appear to be very comfy! Despite... the new water stains...” 

but all seemed forgiven as he stuck the umbrella overhead, for which her eyes glanced up. the ponies colored the skies with a much better picture despite the metal claw and spider-like contraptions that held that umbrella together. she scooted closer as to fit under that umbrella. it was a bit of a feet, as it was a bit tinier than normal size. that shoulder of his would be grazed a second time, this time in a much friendlier and polite manner. though, there seemed to be no real point to trying to stay dry anymore, did there? 

“You okay there, though?” she took a peep at the owner of that german shepard, as it seemed to have caused a bit of a chain reaction on his part. “Did-- that dog just snipe your yogurt?”

she shook her head playfully at the notion, “Hate it when that happens.” she was also a complete sucker for the pups.

“Anyways, are we headed to purchase you some new pants? I kind of owe you... We could get coffee on the way, that is unless you had other plans for this rainy day.” 

Robin: Hey, Starlight!

Robin: ...that's a weird question, why you asking?

Robin: I don't think anybody in the league is stupid or whatever. Sides never sounded good to me. Mom and dad separated because of that and I think that morality is way more complex than heroes vs villains.

Robin:. I don't know, I just grew up bitter I guess haha.

Go: It's just one of those, Go 'doubt's herself kinda moment's I guess, that and it was plagued with minor disagreements, which I'll spare details as it could be compromising.

Go: I just always hoped you'd join the league with me someday, but now--

Go: There's... nothing wrong with trying to save everyone right? It's a naive question!! Don't laugh at me, Mr. Bitter!!

Go: Hey... buddy... I was wondering if you're there.

Go: I know our talk sessions usually don't occur until 3AM, and all. heheh. But I had a quick question that could quite possibly challenge a bit of morals and strike up a debate. I'd just like your quick thoughts.

Okay, sure, Cusp really hadn’t done anything wrong. She’d made a simple suggestion, then offered to pay for Simon’s coffee. He should’ve been happy. Grateful, even. Instead, his heart felt nauseous at the thought of accepting help of any kind from a hero of any sort. It didn’t matter that Cusp wouldn’t hold the debt against him, Simon would still feel the need to pay her back somehow, and that was a situation he refused to let himself fall into.

He placed his order, a single black coffee and reluctantly gave the barista his name. He thought, hoped, even, that placing his order signaled the end of their conversation, that Simon could go about the rest of his day. As much as Simon wanted to move on, Go seemed to have other ideas as she continued to ask questions.

There were plenty of ways, Simon knew, that he could answer Go. He hated how heroes acted superior, how they pretended as if they could save everyone. Because the League gave people hope that they were just around the corner to help anyone in need. Except they weren’t always just around the corner. And sometimes, despite the hope people had, bad things still happened to them. “Nothing,” Simon spat, his knuckles white against the countertop. “You’ve done absolutely nothing.”

his words were saying one thing, but the tone in his voice was saying something completely different. his attitude towards her added to this sarcasm that he issued, and while she knew better than to judge a book by one bad experience with them, she was starting to believe that her previous and initial notions of the man were 100% completely correct. he was a villian. he was a bad guy. he was no good. and he was... rude. 

but there was also a part of her that wouldn’t allow this. sure, she was terrible at reading people, and she supplied her faith in the wrong people all the time. yes, she was known to let people treat her like garbage, and be the one to apologize for it afterwards with a sheepish smile on her face. but she was a firm believer in the idea that people could change for the better. she shook her head, as the back of her mind screamed the words, There!! Is!!! Good!!! In!! Him!!!

“If I’ve done nothing, you’d allow a friend to buy you coffee,” her lips pulled to a pout as she moved to the side, the fear of him dejecting that again. they saved two civilians together, why couldn’t they be friends? “If I believed those words you speak, I wouldn’t feel like such a burden for trying to brighten your day. –That was my only intention. You seemed like you were having a bad day, if I could help make your day better with a coffee recommendation, what’s the harm in that?”

INTERRUPTED BROADCAST — C O N T R O L ; OPEN STARTER

Gilbert liked laundromats; the clinking of quarters falling through slots, the soft humming of machines, the overhead lighting that shone yellow like the fading pages of an old book, and even the inconvenience of waiting for a larger machine filled him with nostalgic delight. He stood in front of the washer. From behind his pair of thick, heavy-duty sunglasses he watched his comforter swirl in a whirlpool of soap suds. Gilbert had poured in extra detergent to be purposefully wasteful and indulgent, as laundromats often made him feel inclined to be. Even a small child, latched onto the hip of their parent, had pointed and exclaimed about how he’d used too much. He supposed he’d been that small the last time he’d gone to a laundromat with his mother. 

For a moment, he reminisces about her lifting him up so that he could pop coins into the machine and splitting a soda with her from the vending machine. Those happy times were before everything went to shit. And he felt a gnawing sensation unsettling his stomach as he realized that was the last time he’d felt truly happy as a child. He thought it was a strange thing for all happiness to feel vacant and hollow past the age of five. Gilbert looked down and rubbed his nose, which had flushed red as he lost himself to old memories. And for once, the diamond thief was thankful to be wearing sunglasses. They hid more than just the side-effect – the glowing, burning like hot clay in a kiln look to his irises – of his mutation. He cleared his throat. 

“Hate to break it to you, but you might have to repeat yourself,” he said. “I had Mariah Carey on my mind, so I wasn’t paying attention. Were you talking to me?“  

her washing machine was broken.

imagine it, a regular old girl, stuffing the washer with her linens, loading that sucker up with some nice good old fabric softer-- downy of course, and tossing in her tide pod for that extra freshness only to walk away for a moment to take a sip of her peppermint tea and eyelids to flutter down to the soapy water under her toes. she panicked!!! she yelped!!! she called out for Parker but there was absolutely no one home but herself!! she scrambled trying to turn the gosh darned contraption off while slipping and sliding and hitting her head on that dang door archway of her laundry room. the influx of no’s did nothing to help as she continued to scramble to shut the machine off.

that was the reason she was there. and for once, that girl was not in a good mood. nope, she was huffy, tired from her interrupted afternoon nap, and she was beginning to remember from college experience that the reason her rent bill was so particularly high is that she hated doing laundry with others around. she was cursing at constellations with a yawn in her hands she tried to catch. but it was a sleepy set of eyes, and grumpy face to match that Gil Gladstone.

“Why do you have Mariah Carey on your mind?” a set of eyebrows furrowing colored the confusion on her face. “I wasn’t talking to you, I was talking to whoever cursed my dad up there.” she gave a scowl to the sky. “Sorry–– that sounded a bit rude, didn’t it?”

With a hood pulled up over their head, the dark haired vampire dug through the shelves, thin fingers itching to stuff at least one of these items into their pockets. They were resisting though, the last thing they needed was to call attention to themselves. To add another arrest to their record just because they couldn’t seem to keep their compulsions under control. 

A small, frustrated sigh escaped as they pulled a particularly battered copy of a game they’d been looking for out of the mess of cases. Was this place seriously expecting Saeran to drop 60 dollars on this? 

“Fucking bullshit,” The mumbled from behind the dark surgical mask that he become their brand by this point. 

“Is this really the only copy?” the game was quickly tucked under their arm as they continued their search, this time all but tossing various cases out of their way out of pure agitation. 

the swear words, and while Go hated that she was judging someone by the use of their expressions, caused the girl to turn around to find the culprit. it wasn’t that she was against swear words, in fact, she knew that she didn’t exactly live in a family film where there were only a certain amount of allotted swear words. but it surprised her to hear it drop so casually in that Target© the video game bin, completely escaping her as she continued her hunt for the perfect combination of candle scents for her apartment, tugged at her attention if not temporarily. along with the more curious side of her she posed the question, “W-what do you need two copies for??”

and while she wasn’t one to escape reality through virtual side quests, and cool missions ((no she was one to strap on a cape and pretend that she was a defender against the real™ bad guys)) she tried to read the title of the game to help search for a second copy. “Are you buying a second one for a friend?”

“In our hearts?“ she repeated, sighing. “When you say it like that, it sounds like a lesson from a movie for little kids. I was hoping magic would be a little more tangible, you know? Something that exists outside of dreams, something that’s not just a metaphor, something that’s…real life magic that I can hold in my hands!”

Dot knew that through the ever-watchful eyes of Crystalline, whether they took the form of security cameras installed on every block or curious civilians with faces pressed against subway windows, that she was the sinister development. She was a criminal, a mutant, and more notoriously: a villain. Yet, she never considered herself anything but a hero. The League may have been heroes by name, but she and the other ragtag rejects of the Syndicate weren’t afraid to get their hands dirty for the greater good. The stealing, the blackmailing, the fighting, the killing – they were all her burden to carry so the common-man could sleep at ease.

Or rather, it was Amanita’s burden. She did her best to mentally separate her two lives; one never knew when the Doves would capture you, throw you in the back of a van, and unmask you before a mob of leering scientists. If Gilbert – her Gilbert, who planned everything down to the millisecond – had it happen to him, then she didn’t have high hopes for herself. The worried expression on Go’s face certainly didn’t help put her at ease either. 

“The destination doesn’t matter,” she said, softly. “I’d go anywhere if it meant I’d know what it feels like. Don’t you feel the same way?” A strong gust of summertime wind, picking up the scent of salt water and the scratchy prickles of wayward sand, tugged on her parasol. Without thinking, the lace-like lattice of the veiled lady’s fungus wrapped around her wrist and handle of the parasol. She was upset and when she was upset, her mutation seemed to have a mind of her own.

she played with the ends of her hair, as Dottie explained. it was too perfect of an idea. the idea that she could wave a wand, and poof!! there’d be magic everywhere? and while she was speaking generally, there was a quiet magic in the two of them that would be later revealed. she nodded along with Dottie’s words, a sad, sympathetic tone to her voice, which contradicted the playful sentence to follow. “If you could hold it in your hands, it wouldn’t be all that special, now would it?” a frown tugged at the corners of her smile, and threatened to bring her down, but it wouldn’t.

while the threat of the Doves lingered at every corner, there was so much to be grateful for. at least, that’s what the hero tried to tell herself. that’s what she’d try to convince others. she strived to be that beam of light to help pull others out their own darkness. it’d been hard to do with her own darkness stirring inside of her. her insecurities, her cowardice, her lack of any real connection with anyone aside her roommates. being friendly wasn’t the same as being friends with people-- she was realizing.

and while she hadn’t known of Dottie’s background, she hadn’t heard her stories, nor knew her real struggles, that fluttering heart already tugged in empathy for the girl. especially when her eyes flew up to that parasol-- her eyes dilated in curiosity. it was a bit scary at first, the sight of fungus growing-- but after her eyes adjusted, and a cautious step backwards, she found it to be quite beautiful.

“But... see, you do have magic you can hold in your hands!” her giggles escaped. “You’re--” she held back the word that she hated, the word that dehumanized them so. mutant wasn’t her favorite word, and it never would be. “You’re special!!” she lowered her voice to a whisper “You have gifts.”

and while she was there she'd managed to step in an already established water puddle from a couple of rainy days prior. she groaned, but listen, a splash of water wouldn't ruin her day. with a grin on her face, and an attitude from within screaming a nice big "Heck, you rain!! You won't ruin my day!!"

she stomped in the puddle, just as a pair of shoes came into view. she'd splashed the other rather unintentionally. her apology wore on her face with a grimace as eyelashes flutter up in her own folly. eyes met a pair of others--

"I---" she shook her head in disappointment in herself. "I'm so sorry!! I didn't see you coming!!!--"

“No, Carl, we cannot go home now.” She muttered, brows furrowed as she pulled her black hood further over her head. She threw a stern look over her shoulder and briefly stared into the back. “You should stay here, you will only distract me.” A pause. “Don’t get mad, we’ve talked about this, Carl.” A sigh fell from her lips. “I’m going to ignore you now. You brought this upon yourself.” She finished with a shake of her head, before returning her attention to Go.

“I’m ready,” She pushed her lips up into a slight smile. “Sorry about Carl, he doesn’t like leaving me alone. He never stops talking, really. I’ll play with him later.” With that, she gathered her bag and opened up her door so she could jump out, quietly landing on her feet. “I bet they have lots of guards, don’t they?” She spoke quieter, voice closer to a whisper now. “Maybe we should leave the doors open, in case we have to hurry?”

she hadn’t a clue who the girl was talking to in the backseat. in fact, her head whipped around rather fast to make sure there wasn’t actually anyone there. after her eyes landed on a great big whopping set of nothing in the backseat of the Korean TV Drama van, they averted the gaze back to the other hero. as if to ask for an explanation. eyes lashes fluttered in complete confusion. she couldn’t help but to nervously whisper at the occurrence, “Is...” she shook her head, Eir had already stated that everything was okay, so she skimmed over to the next line of questioning, “Who... is Carl?”

and while, she wasn’t entirely sure they had any time for this-- to sort out who Carl was or if she needed a reason behind why he was being ignored, she took a sigh before asking, “A-are you sure you’re up for this?” because what happened if Carl wouldn’t stay put, in the van? could the figment interfere the mission that lie ahead. she had to be certain. 

Iris’ eyebrows rose almost to her hairline. ”… And lemons and bananas and Big Bird?” Her fresh manicure rose to her mouth as she laughed behind splayed fingers. “Well, I like them. It’s thoughtful of you to have thought so far ahead.” Iris reached out to the collection of polish bottles and held up a choice of blue or red. “So, do you have a preference?”

“Oh... Fallen asleep in a bathtub sounds like a weird way to wake up; confusing, cold, prune-y.” she couldn’t at all relate, but she tried her hardest to with her chuckles still in the air. “But I suppose it wouldn’t be uncomfortable. A water cocoon as you sleep, like water blankets trying to keep you all snug like a fish in a rug, or bath.” it was a terrible analogy now that her words had caught up to her, though she wouldn’t entirely dwell on it, “The weirdest place I’ve ever woken up was on a subway--“ which wasn’t at all weird, but the arrival had been a rude wake-up call. 

Go nodded, “Lemons because of lemonade. Bananas for the potassium, and Big Bird---” she scratched her head, eyes floating at the ceiling as her brain racked for the reasoning behind the fictional character. “I-- suppose because he’s just about everyone’s friend.” someone, or rather, something she’d always aspired to be, a friendly face in the crowd of people she once tried to avoid. she nodded her head looking between the two colors. the options weighed light-heartedly in her heart before she spoke with absolute certainty, “We’d better go with blue.”

He tried to continue to ignore her. He shook his head and muttered, “I already said I don’t want your opinion.” Simon should have kept his mouth closed, should have shuffled forward in peace, gotten his coffee, and disappeared back into the streets. He tried to continue to ignore her, to continue to avoid her gaze, until she decided to butt in front of him and order a coffee that he didn’t even want. Simon, to some extent, already felt in debt to the little hero for her role in saving Mimi, he refused to be more in debt to a League member. “Okay, no,” Simon scowled and shook his head. He moved next to Cusp to stand in front of the barista. “Ignore that second order. I’m paying for my coffee,” He explained, then spared a single glance at Cusp’s direction. “And I don’t have anything to say to you.”

heroes don’t issue debts. that’s one thing Simon had completely wrong. well, it wasn’t the type of hero she was anyways. it was something she was ready to square away with him immediately. heroes don’t complete a mission of life-saving only to turn on their heels and ask for repayment with a smug smile, and if they did, it wasn’t any hero Go wanted to align herself with. did he even know what it meant to be a hero? it was a miscommunication she’d settle, had he issued that thought out loud, though she was gathering a hint of it. “I’m only trying to be nice,” with her head down, and quite embarrassed, her chin fell, along with the smile from her lips. but the aggravation in the man resurfaced in the furrowing of her eyebrows. “You wouldn’t owe me anything at all.”

and while the barista continued to square away the order, Go waved her hand to allow Simon’s wishes. she was gripping her wallet a little too tightly as the thoughts continued to invade how much of a terrible man he could be, but it was something Go couldn’t allow herself to think. he saved them, all of them. 

and so the question arose; it was a question, that played in her mind–– a question she never had the courage to ask until now, “W-why do you hate me so much? What did I ever do to you?”

War: Your character and mine have been assigned to the same unit in a war. They are also battle buddies.

Shipwrecked: We were on a three hour cruise, now we're the only survivors.

Zombie Apocalypse: That's it, they're done for. Might as well go down swinging right? Or maybe they can beat this thing....somehow

Revenge: Your character has called on mine to exact revenge on someone for something (npc or third character, or fourth welcome)

Absolution: Something terrible happened, and our characters were the cause. Guilt eats away at them every day. Do they find a way to make things right? Or spiral into darkness?

Broken Home: They were happy once, and then they weren't. Our characters are in an abusive relationship.

Take it and leave: Our characters are part of a hold up, are they victims or perpetrators? Worse yet - are they on opposite sides of this equation (best suited for 3+)

The Asylum: One of our characters has been deemed "mad", and the other is the assigned Physician to cure them of this madness.

Saying Goodbye: One of our characters is dying, and instead of just telling the other, they take them on a whirl wind travel tour - ticking off things on their bucket list with their best friend.

You Owe Me: Mafia families with two kids who are best friends. Merger in the making, or war?

Shackled: My character finally got caught, and the only way to save them is to have them shackled to yours for a month.

Star Struck: Our characters space craft has broken down, and life support is on the fritz. Can our character's fix the problem or will they die in space?

Glitz and Glam: Personal assistant to the rising Star. Are they friends? or do they hate each? Are they lovers?

I'm Sorry: My character feels guilty for being behind the wheel during the accident that left yours in the hospital.

Drunken Mistakes: Did they get married? What's going on? Our characters can't remember and have to piece together the night before.

Dark Siders: Flip character alignments

Scream: My character has caused yours to scream out for some reason

Graveyard: My character will visit your characters grave

Spectre: My character will be visited by your character’s ghost or vice versa

Dream: My character will have a dream about your character

Nightmare: One of our characters will have a nightmare.

Busted: Your character will catch mine doing something they shouldn’t.
