Not the best pic, but I made the hair from the previous post into clip ins. I think they are cute, but not for me. I have never dyed or highlighted my hair, and probably never will. I will try these clip ins with a twist out and see if I like them better. I will keep experimenting, it might just be all in my head. Lol Peace. Love. And Natural Hair

This is what my wash day consisted of. Please note: I only use shampoo about once a month (depending on what types of products I use). The rest are co-washes (1-2x a week). In shower: Wet hair. Shampoo (on scalp). Rinse. Restorative mask. Wait 5-7min. Rinse. Hello hydration (generous amount). Wait 5 min. Rinse/finger detangle. Ring out excess water. Out of shower: hello hydration (light amount). Finger detangle. Grapeseed oil. Section hair. Twist/braid. Air dry. Simple right?? Peace. Love. And Natural Hail

This is how I ended up doing my hair on my wash day. I finally have some down time, so I have been focusing on catching up with school, etc. Meaning, I haven't been going many places, other than running errands. Lol If I go somewhere, I put the pig tails in one ponytail or just put on a hat. Over the past 2months, I guess, I have been manipulating my hair a lot, along with neglecting it from moisture. So now that I have down time and it is spring with a little warmer weather, I'm using this as my chance to do low manipulation styles, along with giving my hair more moisture. Today, 2days later after my wash day, I just let my hair get wet in the shower. Then I took the pigtails down and put conditioner and oil on my hair. Lightly finger detangled. And ponytail. Lol! Just a little natural hair humor! Seriously though. HEALTHY hair is the most important goal that we should want to achieve. I personally do not care if you perm, bleach, flat iron, or do whatever to your hair. If it is not healthy, you are wasting your time!! And PLEASE stop saying your hair doesn't grow! ALL WRONG!! You are not retaining the length of your hair as it grows. With low manipulation and moisture, moisture, MOISTURE, you can achieve long, healthy hair. Healthy hair takes WORK!! ARGH! Today was wash day. My hair needed a good wash! I can't be the only one that dreads this day! In the long run my hair is grateful for the moisture I gave it..but GEESH!!! It takes work!!! Especially as my hair has gotten longer! Peace. Love. And Natural Hair

Big difference in my book!!! There have been many occasions where I haven't posted pictures about my hair because there wasn't a proper outlet for it. I have had no motive to continuously post on my Instagram about my hair when my page is not intended to be just about my natural hair. I take so many pictures of my hair, products, and styles, but I never post them on social media because WHO CARES!!?? Well, I know plenty of people who care and many that ask for advice and what not, but I think that if I use this page as an outlet for information about MY hair journey, somebody will be helped or encouraged. I might actually like documenting my journey! It's a great way to reference progress. We shall see! So, sit back and enjoy. I'm sure I will fit in some humor and rants in! Lol Peace. Love.
