Some of the breads made in my class. challah and day of the dead bread! Some of my favourites.

A collab chocolate piece done in school. I worked on the dinosaur, large cracked egg, dino prints, mushroom and dragonfly. Really happy with this piece, it was a lot of fun.

Pine nut and chocolate tart made on externship. These things were so rich.

Pistachio cake done on my externship. These where my favourite to make. I always thought they looked gorgeous.

Pear Tart done on my externship. I really loved that place!

Specialty mouse cake done in school. It was lemon and blueberry flavors and so delicious.

Sugar piece done in school. Had a lot of fun working with sugar.
