What do you mean it’s not healthy to expose slightly personal details about your mental health to budding friendships in order for them to feel a false sense of closeness in hopes that they get attached so you don’t feel like they’ll abandon you??

What do you mean it’s not healthy to expose very personal details about your mental health and traumas to budding friendships in order for them to be “tested” as in, if they get this close and have that knowledge to this bad/dark part of me and don’t abandon me now, you can get hopes that they won’t be scared further so you don’t feel like they’ll abandon you??
