and then there’s belle, who was just as reckless in season 1 because death was literally chasing her, is now trying to keep jack alive by staying away from him. the dead girl walking is finally getting the future she thought she would never have and is doing everything she can to fight for it. she can finally be the doctor she wanted to be. she also met the love of her life during that journey and although he’s an idiot and sometimes she wants to slap the shit out of him she wants to for him. for both of them.
