I love you, Emma.

It’s been a year to the day I told you I loved you. I still remember how it transpired, every detail. I was painting the first edition as I told you. And what a great year it has been.  Even the paintings themselves have changed, and only for the better. Through the ups and downs and everything in between it’s been an exhilarating ride that is made all the more exciting by the fact that it’s only the beginning. This is just the first two of the paintings of the girl in the oversized coat, there are many many many more to come, and words can’t describe how much I’m looking foward to it.

Holy shit I fucking love my girlfriend so much like holy shitballs how did I manage to get this……literal freakin angel, this beautiful little girl with the purest, kindest most giving soul in the entire world, how on earth am I so lucky that the girl with the biggest, most loving heart gives it all to me to keep forever? Not to mention she’s sO FUCKING BEAUTIFUL I didn’t even think beauty like hers existed I thought it was something you read about in fairy tales or saw in Renaissance paintings, her lips and eyes and cheeks and hands and tummy and legs, every inch of her is so fucking gorgeous I want to cry sometimes, I’m so overwhelmed by it. She’s so fucking perfect she’s a little baby and a mischievous goofball and a gentle mentor and cheerleader and sarcastic BFF and excellent lover and overall heavenly girlfriend/soulmate/future wife like holy fucking shit I hit the jackpot of a lifetime I’m so fucking lucky and I’m so fucking in love with this angel I’m so fucking blessed and so fucking happy
