“Yellow Diamond you may now enter” White pearl said in her usual deceptively cheerful monotone. Yellow swallowed a breath before stepping into White’s chambers. There was no sign of Blue who had been inside moments earlier. “Yellow it’s good to see you. Do you know why I summed you?” White Diamond asked. “I assume-“ “It’s because of what happened on Earth. Now as I remember it was you who decided to let her manage the Earth colony.” “I thought that s-“ “And because of that decision she spent so much time on that planet, when she should have been helping us here. And her little game left Blue in such a state. Now as you took it upon yourself to handle their work I can forgive that, but then there was that disastrous experiment of yours.” “We didn-“ “Pink could’ve gotten hurt, and then that monster you made would be free to roam the galaxy and cause us no end of trouble. Now take some time to think about what could have happened if she hadn’t pacified it.” Before Yellow could respond she felt a light permeate her being and dissipate her form. White picked up the gem as it clattered to the floor. “I really should keep you like this for a few centuries but there is so much to do now that Pink is back, so a day or two will have to suffice.” She said dropping the stone into the waiting hands of her Pearl.
