Hi there and welcome to my new blog.

I’m a self employed mother of two adorable children who tries hard to keep my family healthy.

My husband was diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder about a year ago and also got a history of ADD.

In this blog we will keep a journal of our diet, how it effects my husbands condition and also our son. We decided to go gluten free and stay as natural as possible. We are now in a transition stage where we kind of finish what we still got at home while adding tons of veggies to out plates.
