(sorry for any errors I'm essentially just going off in this) Normally I refrain from talking about my personal life on here. But as a goth, I just feel the need to put in my two cents. So if you don't know, the goth house is a group of OF models who use the goth aesthetic to promo their adult content. First, no. I don't believe these women are actually goth. Many of these women have outed themselves as posers if you don't believe me. Also, they blatantly promote brands us goths are actively boycotting in support of Palestine. But that's not what I'm here to talk about. I'm here to talk about how this page has personally affected me, as someone who is not only goth, but is also an active participant in my local goth scene. The goth scene in my town is booming, which frankly is awesome. I'm able to participate in my subculture in person, and attend goth nights and shop at goth stores. The community is filled with many sweet and accepting people, from every walk of life. However, there are also people who participate in the culture for the wrong reasons. The goth house's fans. I have been harassed / propositioned multiple times at the goth nights that I attend, mainly by men who are ten times older than me (I'm not a minor thank god but still) the most notable was when my boyfriend and I were at a goth night, and stepped out to get some French fries and fresh air. We were sitting at a bench, having a normal conversation, and then two men exited the venue, stood in front of us, and yelled degrading shit and catcalls at me, not stopping until we went back inside. I've had coworkers much older than me refer to me as a "goth dommy mommy", and have been sexualized many times against my will simply for being goth. Most of the time, I refrain from blaming women for things men choose to do. I stand in solidarity with sex workers as well. This economy makes it impossible to survive on a simple 9 to 5, so it's completely understandable that women and any other sex workers nowadays will do what they can to survive. However, the goth house's use of my subculture and aesthetic has made me feel unsafe in the community that I love. It's not fair to me, or baby bats who see their content and proceed to believe they need to be sexualized in order to be goth. You don't have to be sexualized to be goth. You don't have to be a dom to be goth. Goth culture is supposed to be a safe space for baby bats. Stop turning us into a porn category.

I will do a public announcement when I finally make the account! I've been busy (again) and haven't gotten a lot of time to set up my socials to promo my story currently. But trust there will be an announcement when the account is officially created! Thank you for your patience

Maybe! I definitely want to write out the story first before I do anything else. But if it comes down to it, I may remake the comic! I will definitely be doing a lot of illustrations along with the story
