Tokatti’s voice went from tearful whine to a joyous yelp. “Neesan~” He said happily has he lightly rubbed her head. “Ah! It was weird. I was big and then I was small. So I came to see you but, then I fell and it hurt.” He smiled. “Hurt less now.”

Eki smiled up at him. “Tokatti is Tokatti to neechan!” She chirped. Except that now she could carry him around, which was definitely fun. “So where is the Neechan Express headed?” She laughed, “We’ll go to fun places until it doesn’t hurt at all anymore!”

"Eh fun?" Mini Tokatti thought for a bit. “Food! Burger!” He announced happily still playing with Eki’s hair.

Eki smiled and nodded. “Burgers!!” She parroted happily and started to walk, “Burgers for my little brother!” She laughed happily and carried him along. “How about ice cream too?”

"Mmhmm!" Tokatti responded happily, hugging the top of her head. "Neesan is the best!"

"They’ve been getting stronger but… So have we. Things are still tough but, we’re managing! How about you? How’s life?"

"My like has been… interesting." Saya said as she looked over to him. "As you can see, I’m a fox now.But things are well"

"I knew something about you changed!" He commented. "You're also less... Blue."

  "I did say it…" He sighed. “I told you, things have happened. I’m kind of confused about things but… What I said before. It wasn’t a joke.”

"Would you believe… Imagination Train Magic?"

"…Im-imagination yes, but the ‘Train power’ parts…um…y-you’re gonna have t-t-to explain it because…je ne comprends pas…."

"Well it's tough to explain... It was the president of the train line we live on that did it apparently. This might have actually nothing to do with Trains but, I just assumed..."

"They’ve been good! We’ve all remember more about ourselves so we’re all starting to have a better idea of who we are. That’s kind of nice. Other then that it’s pretty much the same."

"Well I’m glad that you remember more now." Saya said sitting next to him. "And are the fights against the shadow line getting any easier for all of you?"

"They've been getting stronger but... So have we. Things are still tough but, we're managing! How about you? How's life?"

"You look kind of different but, for some reason, you were the first person that came to mind when I saw you." Tokatti laughed. “Maybe it was a lucky guess!”

"They've been good! We've all remember more about ourselves so we're all starting to have a better idea of who we are. That's kind of nice. Other then that it's pretty much the same."

"Eh ears? Oh Saya-san!" Tokatti quickly shifted around and turned towards her. “It’s been a while, hasn’t it? I’ve been more of less good, how about you?”

"You look kind of different but, for some reason, you were the first person that came to mind when I saw you." Tokatti laughed. "Maybe it was a lucky guess!"

"Eh ears? Oh Saya-san!" Tokatti quickly shifted around and turned towards her. "It's been a while, hasn't it? I've been more of less good, how about you?"

Tokatti pushed her away. “I don’t want to lose you but… This will hurt more if we keep at it won’t it?” His hands gripped tightly on her shoulders. “I don’t want to lose you… I don’t…” His tears continued to flow and he tried to think of something to solve this.

Victoria gently wiped Tokatti’s tears with her thumb. “Mou you dummy you are only making it harder”  Victoria said. 

"Am I?" Tokatti said with a sniffle. “Aren”t things going to be much worst if we continue to be as close as we are and then I get reverted back to being a child?”

"Then…can’t we spend what little time we have…together?" Victoria asked.

"I guess… But…" He looked at her still saddened. “Is it really okay?”

"It’s ok for me" Victoria siad wiping Tokatti’s tears

"I don't know for sure if I'm okay with this..." He looked at her again and sighed. "But, I'm okay with giving it a chance..."

"Oh don’t worry the rifle missed me, I’m fine." Tokatti paused curious. “Hey Aya… What would you say… If I told you that I’m actually an 8 year old?”

Aya raised an eyebrow, "I-I would say…hmm…" He thought, "It’s um…I-I would say I-I don’t believe it unless I-I have some…proof…." He responded.

"Ah yes ofcourse." Tokatti laughed nervously. “Which I don’t have cause, I’m clearly not 8 right?” He added knowing full well Imagination Magic wasn’t acceptable proof.

At the nervous laughter, Aya started to feel a bit..pissed? Sad? He didn’t know, but it was a bad feeling, "…To-Tokatti-San…" he suddenly glared at the taller, "I-if you have something to say, spit it out…"

"I did say it..." He sighed. "I told you, things have happened. I'm kind of confused about things but... What I said before. It wasn't a joke.

[ OPEN ] -- as you stood there counting crows

"Eh?" Tokatti instantly sat to the ground after being tugged. "Talking... To birds?" for a moment he thought that all this seemed silly but, then he remembered that this was Eki and he shouldn't put it past her that she can speak with birds. "What are they saying?"
