2024 is soon drawing to an end and it will mark the 6th year in this hobby of mine. Usually, at the end of every year I post a huge drawing of the people I've met and know online.

This year, I just decided to draw my sona. Partly because I've been really tired lately, but mostly, marking how far I've come in my journey as an artist.
Constantly being surrounded by other artists of all shapes and sizes had you constantly questioning your self-worth. It feels like pure competition and that's made me drill a lot of holes in my confidence.
A handful of times, I had almost just given up making art all together. It's a tough road, but it's one of the things I have to be proud of
My artsylte can barely stay the same for a long amount of time. It's really inconsistent, just because I like to experiment with different things.
I've still got a lot to learn, but I'm glad I didn't stop learning after all this time, I usually just give up if it gets too hard.
So it's a reminder to me that I should just keep pushing. Even if I feel like gouging my eyes out when I can't figure out what to draw.
