At this point it’s me vs my anxiety- that’s it.

By being honest with myself that there’s no more I can do on my own, I lowkeyenuinely am

…saving my own life.

I like weed bc it’s slows my brain down.

Instead of maladaptive daydreaming within 32, equally emotionally jarring timelines, 2 or 3

Instead of spiraling in the unknown for days, I find it so much easier to let go.

Instead of hyper focusing on the negative emotions I feel, it’s easier to find peace in the storm.

And atp, all I want is peace. But I don’t want to create a dependency on buuud😵‍💫

Think I might need to be medicated..

I have therapy tmr. We’ll see.

But for now, my brain is calm and I’m really happy about it.

Seems like whenever I follow my heart I eventually get here.. I just want to get here quicker, and with less self imposed heart ache. My heart is so tired, but at the same time I want to keep bleeding out- regardless. im extra enjoying my quiet brains yippee :3
