Bored
Knew it would come and to be honest I'm impressed it's taken til mid March but here it is. I'm bored. I know drinking isn't the be all and end all but I'm really missing it tonight. My life feels like Groundhog Day, a continuous cycle of working out and eating variations of meat, sweet potato and asparagus. It's Friday night 7:30pm and I'm already showered, in my jimmies with a hot water bottle nursing my sore back. I feel 66 not 36.
Non fitness related just me and my girl chilling on the sofa after physio. My little girl is so affectionate and just wants to lay on me for cuddles - all 23kg of her 😳😍
My new top which I absolutely love ❤️ Had my first PT session tonight for 2 weeks and it's great to be back 😊
Not a bad day today. Physio has given me the go ahead to slowly introduce my training again so I did a Kettlebell class yesterday (albeit with a 4kg weight). And I get to do my personal training session tomorrow. I'm so happy 😄

Physio
Been to see the physio tonight. I've got a locked left facet. Basically something painful. He did some work on it and reckons I'll be sorted in 3-4 more. He warned me it will be more sore tonight/tomorrow and he wasn't wrong, I can feel it now!! Anyway hopefully he can work his magic as I'm really bored of not working out.
Quick update
Just a quick update, I’m under strict instructions to rest at the moment at least until Tuesday. My wrist and now back are really starting to feel the effect of my heavy lifting. It’s depressing but I know that my body needs rest.
In better news, it was my measuring day today. Another 4% body fat is gone so I’m down to 24%. I’m so happy.
Only 6% to hit goal 🎉
I'm a lucky girl.
This pretty much sums up today for me. I spent the morning on a speed awareness course to avoid the 3 points on my license. It wasn't as bad as I expected really. I won't lie and say it's gonna make me change my driving style massively but it has made me more aware of certain things. This evening I did a 2 hour workout!! I had my 1 hour PT session where I'm lifting heavier than ever (60kg dead lifting). Next week we are going to work out my one rep max. After my PT sesh, I did an hours boxercise class which was actually more intense than it sounds. The above was made possible by the help of a little pre workout 😄

Still loving my fitbit, it really keeps me on track. My PT opened her studio for me today so I could smash another workout. I'm really starting to notice a difference in my body shape now. I guess I just had to be patient. About to tuck into a nice roast chicken and veg dinner now 😄
Week 5 of my progressive workout, it was killer and I'm covered in deep heat patches today, if you stripped me down id look like a giant sanitary towel. 😳 Aside from that I really enjoyed it and my wrist seemed to hold out for me. Rest day today and I'm going to enjoy it. Been given shitty news at work today, got to play the waiting game for a month to see if we all have jobs 😞
These are the sort of texts I get from my PT. She's lovely and cracks me up. She's moved to a new studio today and invested in a lot of new equipment. Can't wait to see it tomorrow and get my game on!
Well today was my 4 week check in with my PT and it went like this. Only lost 1lb on the scales but as you can see it never shows the full picture. Happy with that, we've adjusted my macros to speed up the shredding and will now weigh in twice monthly.

I never really knew how hard it was to chalk up 10,000 steps when you have an office job. I assumed I hit it easily but since having my fitbit it's evident I'm nowhere near!! Today's steps included 2 x dog walks (Maggie isn't complaining) and my kettlebell class. I have my 4 week progress measurements on Thursday this week. I won't lie, I'm struggling with my head at the moment. I've been spot on with my eating and workouts but I'm convinced my body hasn't changed. If the tape measure and callipers give me a shite result on Thursday I fear I may jump off the wagon!
