IU's: Water Diet
So I've obviously got a thing for 'IU diets'. Finally I've found a diet that doesn't require you to change your eating habits, is rather easier to do, though it only lasts for 1 single day.Â
It's called 'Water diet' and as the name says it's all about drinking water. It takes 7 days where the 7th day is 'that special day'.
Day 1-5: drink about 3 litres of water everyday
Day 6: stop drinking water. (It doesn't say anything about any other liquid, but I assume that it's okay to drink a small amount if you're thirsty.
Day 7: SKINNY DAY
