**Kim Pil sook's diet** introduction
So I know a lot of people have been talking about "Kim Pil sook's diet" which is a diet that appears in the korean drama:"Dream High" where the character called Pil sook decides to lose 30 kg in 200 days.ย
I've read tons of blogs where people write about their daily intake while being on the Pil sook diet, but I didn't find a blog with any basic information about this certain diet. (Or maybe I'm just terrible at finding stuff on google.) But I then decided to describe all the do's and do not's, in other words the essence of the Pilsook diet.ย
Basically this diet is all about eating a large amount of food in the morning and then decreasing your intake for lunch and dinner. There's a specific quote in the drama which describes this diet in one sentence.
"Eat breakfast like a queen, lunch like a commoner and dinner like a beggar."

Through science it is proved that your metabolism works a lot better in the morning and then the speed decreases through the day, which is why it is effective to eat a lot early in the morning and then only small portions later on.ย
Not only is this diet about change of eating habits but exercising is also being part of it. 30 minutes of daily jump-roping sessions are required to fully obtain any progress plus you can't have any liquids after 7 pm.ย
So I guess this will be my very first diet challenge. I'll start to plan my meals for only 7 weeks because I only want to lose 7 kg. I'm working on my diet program and I'll upload it as soon as possible.
