I feel very idk different than typical therian communities
I am a human, but also a therian
My definition of animals, and humans doesn't let me believe otherwise. Humans are the specific DNA and biological structure of Homo sapien, and I fall within that. Mountain coyotes are the specific DNA and biological structure of Canis latrans lestes, and scientifically I don't fall within that
But aside from my overly rigid thinking I am just the same as you guys. I yearn for a long maw, digitigrade legs, claws, the ability to hunt
Being a coyote is a part of me
I am of the belief that my therianthropy is because of my upbringing. I've always loved animals, I've always loved the natural wilderness of my home, I've always felt separate from typical humanity, I've always acted somewhat animalike, and I feel trapped in the ebb and flow of everyday human mundanity
It feels so much more right to prowl in the Utah shrublands, to fly over mountains, to make inhuman noises
So yes I am a human and I am a therian just as much as you
(I am not saying that anyone has to experience therianthropy like this, you do not need to share my beliefs!!)
