Things have been kinda difficult lately I'm self harming almost every day now... but if there's one thing keeping me going it's my sisters dog 🐕 teddy... he just makes me super happy and I love spending time with him... he's almost 1 in September! I just can't believe my sister has had him almost a year already... crazy how that time flys!!!....

So a lot has changed since I was last on here, I'm still in a mental health care home, my mental health is all over the place atm... one good thing that's happened is that I changed the the way I take my testosterone, I'm now after a long battle back on injections 💉 rather than applying the gel every day!

My sh is still really bad, I had to get stitches the other weekend, 😔 I'm just struggling a lot recently....

I had the court case, it went to court twice! Because the first time the jury couldn't come to a consensus... so I decided to take it back to court... but this time it came back not guilty... and tbh I still haven't got my head around that... I'm very good at masking my feelings, and it's still yet to hit me... 😒

Anyway I think that's everything... Will try and post more often if I can...

Life update:

My mental health is really bad atm and I'm struggling like a lot....

The voices are also bad telling me to harm myself in different ways and saying if I don't that they will hurt my friends and family...

Self harming is no joke..
