Thinking about how ultimately Palpatine being the only one truly benefiting from the dark side out of all the movie era sith is completely intentional on his part. His apprentices are all crippled by the way they draw power from their own self-hatred and personal suffering as opposed to the suffering of others. Maul was an abused child lashing out at the world, Dooku was a deeply depressed old man who resented his own inaction and complicity in the perceived corruption of the Jedi Order, particularly his role in Galidraan, and Vader, his magnum opus, draws his power from his own constant agony, and his hatred at himself for killing the Jedi, the woman he loved, and his unborn children. And this makes each of them immensely powerful and incredibly unlikely to turn on him until he discards them, as they all remain so self-absorbed and focused on their suffering that they fail to see the outward systemic cause of it.
I think Dooku's affection for Obi-Wan (baby boy) versus his disgust over Anakin (beloathed) really boils down to his own feelings about himself.
Obi-Wan is the Jedi Dooku would like to think he resembled: effective, dedicated to honorable duty and true principle, universally liked and admired, a credit to his lineage, a charming, natural leader.
Anakin is the Jedi Dooku actually resembled: a guy who would get in a fight with a literal tree for his Master's attention, paralyzing abandonment issues, difficulty belonging, an often fatal liability for his loved ones, someone who struggles to gain authority and status but crashes out when finally given access to them.

Hondo Ohnaka. Might not be that underrated but to lucasfilm he is, for a reason that is beyond me.
YADDLE. The fact we saw so little of her in TOTJ but I’m completely sold on the fact she’s phenomenal is quite something imo

Captain Keeli: Same as above, the only time we see them is their dramatic death scene, like bros got screwed over
Boost and Sinker! This is my favorite clone duo and I only got to see them like twice. THEY ARENT EVEN CONFIRMED DEAD like wheres my Rebel Adventures of Boost and Sinker cmon
Also with the above, the entire 104th legion, the Wolfpack: I love those guys
And finally, Bly and Aayla: I just wanna see more of the 137th, I feel like CW as a show was way too focused on the 501st, while I understand that that was the point of the show, it was also a show about galactic war which means lots of fighting factions. Only focusing on one is boring as crap
(Honorable mention Katooni: I did find her kind of annoying however I do miss the lil squirt and I need to know what happened to her!)
I like to think that after order 66 Katooni actually joined Hondo’s merry band of pirates.
