2 My pick for Sifo-Dyas Takes a Padawan AU! :D Great one!! I have to say Xanatos for this one. It's just too perfect. Sifo-Dyas already had to deal with one high-strung ex-royal with daddy issues and too much dark side, he can do it again. I think the first couple years are super rough before they learn they can be bitchy together instead of at each other. And then it's them versus the galaxy. Just imagine how much trouble you're in if you're some minor badguy warlord and you see these two Jedi with their matching long black sorcerer hair and twin expressions of: (¬_¬ ) land on your planet.

OH, oh, oh,  I have the perfect choice for this! 

@rochenn always captures something wonderfully conspiratorial about Sifo-Dyas, in this piece especially, but also in two of my other favorites of his. His art style is so bold and perfect, while including just so fucking much personality. You get the sense (in the most delightful way) that Sifo-Dyas has stopped talking shit mere seconds ago, to glance at you, and is just about to start talking some again. I love how vivid and alive and salty he is under Rochen's pen.

And speaking of Rochen, dazzling artist and writer both, he also deserves a shoutout for also being just such a cool guy and great friend, especially when I am crashing out in his DMs over my MO Obi-Wan POV. 💛

26 ‎Choose violence: what fanon/headcanon/interpretation of Sifo-Dyas annoys you?

How luxurious that there’s even enough Sifo-Dyas content to be annoyed by something!

So I’ll choose interpretation: I dislike a read on canon that assumes Sifo-Dyas must be deliberately gone to the dark side or “insane” to have ordered the clone army. It’s so much more incredibly interesting and tasty to me if he saw exactly how fucked it was, and did it anyway. 

I have this wider irritation with Jedi characters getting shoved into one of two boxes: utterly blameless, incapable of making a mistake unless someone else forced them into it (see current canon treatment of Qui-Gon Jinn) or corrupt, rotten to the core, the poster child for What Went Wrong With the Jedi Order.

Oh god, I love this question, I'm so happy you asked this one. :D I had my fingers crossed.

So my town is a foodie hub, but honestly, I would go super simple here and take him to the good-good pizza shop. (you know about this vibe.) He seems like a person who could and maybe should eat a whole entire pepperoni pizza. I don’t know if it would fix him, but it couldn’t hurt. Especially if I was on my phone the whole time, texting Star and Kays about how I’m driving their man back into Dooku’s arms with my terrible dinner date behavior jk jk jk! Afterward, we can walk a couple blocks and go look at the giant antique shop. There’s a cute gelato/sorbet place next door.

God, I probably owe him the upcharge of a waffle cone considering what I'm doing to him in Mock Orange…

40 What aspect of Sifo-Dyas’s story do you want to explore in the future that you haven't yet?

I have two different teenage Sifo-Dyas projects waiting in the wings! :D :D That’s an era I’m really excited to explore, particularly from Sifo-Dyas's POV, especially as I've gotten more comfortable writing Lene Kostana and larger POV casts.

Like sure, if he follows her exact storyline, he’d have to fuck Stannis and give birth to a shadow baby, but I’d enjoy watching both of those scenes, and also, he’d look dope as shit in red priestess robes. She’s also in a scene with a great line I stole entirely and put in Sifo-Dyas’s mouth for a fic, which was that sorcery is “a sword without a hilt.” This, but with prophecy/visions:

“She said that sorcery was a sword without a hilt. There is no safe way to grasp it." "A wise woman." Melisandre rose, her red robes stirring in the wind. "A sword without a hilt is still a sword, though, and a sword is a fine thing to have when foes are all about.”

Yay, thank you, Min!! :D 13: Drop Jo/Sifo/Dooku in a classic fanfic AU setting As a veteran of about 10 years of coffee shop work starting at age 15, I MUST say Coffeeshop AU: 

Jocasta Nu is obviously the manager. She knows all the regulars and runs her shift like an immaculate ship. You do NOT dare to skimp on closing tasks, because if you leave a mess for her, there will be a Handwritten Note of Shame left for all to know how your laziness and cowardice impacted her opening shift. At the same time, she will absolutely eviscerate any customer who behaves like an actual dick to you and is not shy about banning repeat offenders. Once, a kid stole the tip jar and she literally chased them down in the street and got it back.  

Sifo-Dyas is the guy who is perennially late for his shift - like, never a no-call/no-show, but he’s always sliding on in a solid 5-10 minutes after you should have been off with some kind of bullshit excuse, if he gives you any at all. But no one ever yells at him about it because he has a great eclectic playlist and amazing hair. He seems to be living on either Jocasta or Dooku’s couch.
