KARAMBIT
A Karambit is a prosecutor role for those who tend to strike out of nowhere (whether that be from a disorder or not) and unforgivingly. Alters with this role commonly fight and argue with people with the intention of getting rid of them once and for all. They may or may not do it for the protection of the system, but will commonly do it behind the system's back. Headmates with this role may or may not use things against others to hurt them on purpose to get others away from the system.
In light of simply plural being discontinued i thought I'd share my opinions of what move to!
Hivemind

Hivemind is currently my holy grail, it has so much customization and I really enjoy the layout! I love how you can pin members, and I love that it can handle big systems! My only dislike is that lack of it being online—as I've put so much time into adding our personal boundaries and such into our custom feilds it does suck for people to not even be able to see that anymore.
I also live with my fiance who i like to check the fronting status of to check their mental state before bringing up certain things. I do beleive they intend to create the ability for it to be online as well!

Octocon will now be shutting down as well, but i still wanted to share my opinion. I do not personally like it, I cannot get ANYTHING done and the lack of bio customization is just despicable? If you have seen any of our bio templates you know very well we are VERY picture oriented.. like fym this has NO PHOTOS?
To make this clear, I am only speaking of the app, not the devs
We never saved any photos from octocon because the second we downloaded it we hated it so excuse the lack of photos!

Ampersand
Avaliable only on samsung I believe (correct me if I'm wrong)
I really adore the ampersand layout, I was so obsessed with it! It is a beautifully designed app but is now... also shutting down due to the backlash they received (i beleive) It isn't online yet again and we know my feelings about that. It had so much potential but...
They cannot handle big systems, my app is can't even get pictures from because after importing my whole system it just stays on the loading screen. That is a problem the dev acknowledged but doesn't know how to fix! They are only human, let's keep that in mind.

Pluralkit
If you use SimplyPlural you are probably familiar with PluralKit! I think this alternative is pretty smart, while I don't like the lack of customization it is probably the easiest to keep up! I do not like the fact that there is a limit of 1000 but… I haven't personally run into that issue ... yet 💔
