First and foremost, I am a mother to a beautiful baby boy that deserves the world. He's my everything! I'm also a student who believes that learning is a life long process. The day I stop learning is the day I die. I've been through my share of obstacles in life but they made me stronger. I know I can overcome anything. My major is sociology. I'm very passionate about helping youth. I have a ton of goals I want to accomplish and you better believe I'll handle that lol. Life is confusing most of the time but I try to focus on what I'm sure of. I'm sure of my love for my son and myself. <3

Martin Luther King Jr. Day is coming up and as always I'll be volunteering at the San Mateo MLK Poetry and Essay contest. I've volunteered for years now and always find it inspirational. If you'd like to join me in volunteering feel free to contact me! The contest takes place at the King Center in San Mateo and is happening tomorrow and Thursday from 6 to 8 I believe. I'll be there Thursday for sure and might just take my son to watch tomorrow. (at Martin Luther King Center)
