The Bruno Bucciarati Zealot

Bruno lets out a shaky exhale as you slowly pull away from him, only enough to make out his facial features. His magnetizing presence holds you close, the warmth from his face weakening your knees.

You can still taste him on your lips.

He slowly opens his dazed eyes, meeting your gaze. “God, you’re so…”—another shaky exhale—“…perfect.”

Miles Davis’ band quietly plays from the turntable setup along the wall behind you. 

“Bruno…” You lean in closer once again, stopping when your lips brush against his. A tipsy smile stretches across your face. “How would you like my mouth to be~”—you giggle— “…somewhere else?”

He raises his brows, excitement flashing in his eyes. His eyes dart around the room, confirming that the curtains framing his windows were draped in front of them. “Oh, really?”

You nod your head. “Mm~hmm.”

Bruno flashes a smitten smirk. ”And where would that be?”

”Oh, you know…” Your smile grows. “…Not here.” You press your lips into his, feeling the “mm,” he lets out when your hands snake their way into his suit window. His skin is warm—electric. Heart pounding within his chest, he melts into your touch. 

Bruno’s skin prickles as your lips slowly travel towards his neck, his breath quickening. Your hands work to unzip his suit collar; he immediately takes the cue and unbuttons his jacket. It falls off behind him with a light fwump.

He’s still smiling. “So where are you going to put your mouth?” His voice becomes breathier as he speaks, desperation creeping in on each word.

“You’ll see…”

He shudders as the warm air from your words dissipates on his neck; it makes his hair stand on end. His sapphire eyes widen when you begin slowly sinking downwards, his face reddening.

The lamp from the corner of the room bathes his body in a warm, radiant glow, the soft shadows contouring his toned physique. The low lighting made each ink stroke on his chest appear crisper—cleaner. 

You pause when you’re face-to-face with the light trail of hair leading straight downward from his naval.

The happy trail.

Such an appropriate name.

You can’t help but trail your pointer finger along the path, barely skimming the sparse hair and warm skin beneath. Goosebumps form under your gentle touch. Bruno’s eyes dart back and forth, wholly captivated by the scene playing in front of him. 

He feels a tug on his belt when you hook your finger around it, pulling it out of the buckle before haphazardly tossing it to the floor. It emits a light jingle. His breath catches in his throat when one of the hands unzipping his trousers “accidentally” brushes against his hard cock. 

Oops.

A playful smile stretches across your face; your hand returns to the sensitive spot, your palm teasingly grazing him. You hear a loud swallow. 

“Need me to take care of that~?“

“Please,” he practically begs, a slight tremble in his voice.

The air around you has grown oppressively hot and stuffy. The stiff humidity forms beads of sweat on your face—but neither of you is phased by this discomfort. (Not that it would have mattered because you knew Bruno wouldn’t dare crack a window open. Nothing escapes this room.)

In that moment you notice that the room was silent, the final track of the vinyl record had finished only moments ago. Bruno’s heavy pants are the only thing you can hear.

His trousers crumple to the floor; you slowly pull the front of his waistband downward until it’s barely covering him. You lean in, bringing your lips not an inch away from him. A musky mix of pheromones and light sweat fills your nose. His cock twitches as your warm, humid breath kisses the newly-exposed skin.

You hear a shuddery gasp when you flatten your tongue and press it against him. His trembling hand reflexively covers his mouth, muffling the pleasured whimper he emits as you slowly make your way up that beautiful trail, savoring every salty inch.

The soft breeze tousles his hair, the setting sun casting a golden glow on his face, illuminating the deep emotion in his eyes.

You swear you hear a slight tremble in his voice.

I can’t believe this is real.

You close your eyes, inhaling deeply in an attempt to steady yourself enough to squeeze the words out.

Finally, the words come tumbling out:

“I do!”

Wait—I do?

He laughs, a bright, joyous sound, his smile widening. “That’s a bit overzealous, don’t you think?”

A wave of warmth floods your cheeks.

Yes! You were supposed to say yes!

Before you can dwell on it, you’re wrapped in his embrace, his warmth melting away any lingering embarrassment.

“I’ll take that as a yes,” he says in a warm voice.

You let out a long exhale, elated and overjoyed. “Yes, Bruno,” you whisper, wrapping your arms around him. “Yes, yes, yes…”

His voice rumbles softly in response. “This is what happiness is...” He pulls you closer. “Thank you... you’ve made me the happiest man alive.”

Silence settles between you, warm and comforting. One of his hands cradles the back of your head, holding you just a little tighter. His scent—amber and something distinctly him—calms you.

He’s so warm.

When you finally pull back, your vision is blurred. You stare at him in awe—he is really, truly yours.

A few tears escape, rolling down your cheeks. Across from you, Bruno discreetly wipes at his eye with a fingertip.

Wait—was he...?

“Wow,” he laughs, a little breathless. “I didn’t expect to get so worked up.”

“Oh, Bruno—” you say, heart swelling. This time, it’s you who pulls him close, squeezing him even tighter.

He laughs again, then sniffles.

“It’s okay,” you murmur, voice thick with emotion. “You’re allowed to cry. It’s a big moment.”

He exhales a quiet, shaky sound. “So much bigger than I could have imagined. I still can’t believe it—you’re mine.”

“You’re mine...” you echo, dazed.

Another pause. He exhales again, longer this time, as if trying to ground himself. “What would I do without you?” he whispers.

“I wonder the same thing.”

Bruno pulls back slightly, taking your left hand in his. His ocean-blue eyes, still wet, shine as they meet yours.

“Now for the ring.” The two of you are so close that you can feel his breath, warm and gentle.

“Oh—right!” You’d been so caught up in the moment that you hadn’t even noticed its absence.

His smile turns playful, eyes half-lidded as he studies your face. “Think I’d forget?”

“No,” you laugh softly. “Of course not.”

Lifting your hand to his lips, he plants a soft kiss on the back of your fingers. A cool sensation follows as his stand’s hand moves, tracing the circumference of your ring finger. Cold metal materializes, wrapped around your skin like a cast.

“There,” he murmurs. “Something to show the world you’re mine.”

Your breath catches as you stare at your finger, fresh tears welling. “Bruno... it’s—”

“I can add a gemstone if you’d like,” he continues, voice still gentle. “A diamond, ruby—anything you want. Right on the pull.”

A few more tears slip free. You shake your head. “It’s perfect as is.”

His lips twitch into a smile. “Even so, tell me your favorite gemstone.” He tugs lightly on the zipper pull. “Only stand users can see this one. I’ll have to get you a second ring—a real one. When I said I wanted to show the world you’re mine, I meant that.”

Fresh tears prick at your eyes. “A real one? But this is the most real ring you could ever give someone.” You sniffle. “You made this.” You lock eyes with him. “Choose whichever gemstone is your favorite. I want to look at it and see you reflected within.” Another sniffle. “Though no jeweler could ever craft something more perfect than this.”

Curious, you reach for the pull and give it a light tug. The zipper unfurls, taking your finger with it.

Bruno chuckles. “That’ll be a neat party trick.”

You grin. “Kind of freaky, don’t you think?”

“That’s what makes it great—it’ll be unforgettable.” He winks.

You let out a soft laugh. “True.”

“Anyway, I’m sure there will be times you’d prefer a ring that doesn’t take your finger with it,” he muses. “That’s where the other ring comes in. And I can remove the zipper one whenever you’d like...”’

You shake your head immediately. “No. I’ll never let you take this one off. Never—for as long as I live.”

Bruno: The Sadistic Side

Before diving in, let’s clarify: not every dom is a sadist. However, I headcanon Bruno as one.

Even though this was (very much) not intended, Hirohiko Araki has made it clear that Bruno is quite capable of donning the mindset needed for this role.

Well, not only is Bruno “quite capable”—he’s a goddamn professional.

When interrogating Giorno, Bruno effortlessly adopts the role of a cold, ruthless interrogator. There’s a calculated cruelty in his actions as if he’s playing a game rather than conducting torture.

This isn’t surprising. Intimidation is part of his job, and years of experience have made Bruno exceptionally skilled at it.

In the bedroom, that sadistic edge translates to Bruno reveling in his partner’s reactions. He thrives on his partner’s surrender, growing more intoxicated as his dominance intensifies. (He may even make his partner call him by his last name as a way to “respect” his authority.) Bruno’s self-restraint would quickly slip away, no doubt this making lasting a challenging task for him.

The Human Lie Detector

Bruno Bucciarati is no ordinary dom. His unique skill set makes him exceptional— nobody possesses a toolkit quite like his.

No, I don’t mean “toolkit” like that—(heh.)

Bruno’s ability to detect lies by taste is, let’s say, niche. The fact that he so casually licked Giorno implies it’s not his first time using this technique.

Maybe I’m a freak, but I’d be lying if I didn’t say that the thought of Bruno dragging his tongue against my skin by really fucking hot. (I know I’m not the only person who feels this way—after all, you chose to read this…) Hoo boy—especially when you remember that your face isn’t the only body part that sweats.

(And according to MatPat, your face isn’t even the best part of your body to sample stress sweat from—It’s, uh… in other places. 😉)

Endowed with a sharp mind, Bruno has no trouble finding kinky uses for his lie detection, and because he’s skilled at torture, he knows just how to discipline a filthy liar. ;)

Here’s an excerpt from a drabble I wrote imagining how this scenario might go down:

He chuckles softly again and fixes his gaze on you, akin to that of a hungry predator. "Perfect," he purrs. "And of course, there'll be consequences if you're anything less than entirely truthful."

You feel your cheeks growing warm. "What kind of consequences?"

"I haven't decided yet," he wickedly smiles, the dancing spark in his eyes having ignited into a blazing flame. "It'll depend on the severity of your lie." 

A surge of adrenaline floods your veins, quickening your heartbeat. The bed shifts slightly as Bruno leans in dizzyingly close, stopping when his face is but an inch from yours.

"How does that make you feel?" he teases, his voice lowering to a seductive murmur. His warm breath kisses your skin. "Does this excite you?"

Kinky Fingers: The Ultimate Dom Tool

No discussion of Bruno’s dom potential is complete without addressing the elephant in the room:
