I like to headcanon that the reason why Essek wasn’t in the Darktow live show is that after two months of being afraid of being apart for more than 5 minutes, Essek decided that it would be good for Caleb to visit the Brenattos and spend some time with baby Bren, to maybe start to work through some of their post Funball separation anxiety.

Cue him teleporting in one day after the events of the live show only to find that 1) Caleb hasn’t slept in 2 weeks 2) He now has mad baby fever 3) He got roped in on a mission to overthrow the plank king, who wanted to invade nicodronas

They’re now attached at the hip again, just at the Brenatto household. They quickly become Veth’s worst nightmare.

I wonder if they're going to fully commit to the bit and have Lucien be nude in the animation when they adapt the final arc fight. That nightmare butterfly angel from a painting imagery is so vivid. I think he'll look a little silly with a pair of hulk stretch pants on him lol. It'll certainly ruin the aesthetic.

It would be a bit of a pain, but they could strategically hide his junk behind various objects to limit the number of dick flashes in the episode(s) lol. I suppose once the animators have made it X number of seasons through Jester's nonsense, they'll be desensitized to dicks and they won't even notice anymore.
