My regrets in life have come to haunt me.

I’ve unknowingly wasted all my time because of fickle things out of my control.

I can’t help but to feel an overwhelming weight of the burden that my ship has sailed.

It’s sailed into the sea, such a distance away from me that I may never again see.

As I’m waiting for inspiration to hit me again, I contemplate about all the time and money I’ve spent.

I’ve put myself in such positions, while my brain is occupied by my bitterness of unfulfilled wishes.

I don’t know what I’ll do anymore, a part of me continues to hope.

A part of me wishes this lesson inspires action that may lead to success but fears the unknown.
