I should've done it beforehand but I brushed up on some character racial tropes and the design I'd drawn (Rio as Spider-woman) leaned too far into 'captain ethnic' to be appropriate and is frankly a bigoted approach on character design.

My apologies for this and anybody this affected <3 I'll try my best to stem the exposure on this and delete the original posts then maybe I can work on an actual design for her :^) cause I really do love Rio as a character and her story potential if she was Spider-woman! I think it'd be super fun and interesting as she's perfect for the role <3
