And all this othet stuff abt thinking if im a bad person for lying too much. Sometimes i cant focus in class or go to sleep because im constantly debating whether im doing the right thing or if im going to be accused of being a terrible person, or a creep for complimenting a friends physical appearance or a pedo for smiling at a child or being

HHSHhh or getting extremely anxious in wanting to get somethinh done and not feeling relaxed until im 100% sure i wont get yelled at

Sometimes i have to reassure someone of my intentions so i dont seem like im faking or coming across as rude or wrong or whatever

Having unwanted inappropriate intrusive thoughts that arent wanted or arent mine and makes me wanna bash my head honestly like why did i think that i wouldnt actually wanna do that

Also remembering being told I'd go to hell if I didn't do this or that from a girl i used to know even if she was another religion i got insecure about it and it replayed in my head wondering if I was a bad person and was going to be punished
