All this time for all these years the one petty little gripe I have with my chronic illness is that it ruins my life but I have no one to blame. For other life problems you can blame yourself, society, the government, malicious people, luck… But with illness it’s just, something your body does, right? There is literally no one to blame, you just have to curl up into a ball and suffer through the pain like a chump for no good reason.

But what if I imagined there was a little demon in hell. And HE is trying to sabotage me. He is the one causing the aches and pains and it’s just one of his goals in life to terrorise me so. But every day that I wake up out of bed, put my feet on the ground and get on with my life, he is at a loss. He throws his hands in the air and says Not this again damnit
