Idk ive seen transmasc mondo and i like that hc but i am humbly suggesting transfem mondo because it would be funny. She and chihiro just swap genders after chapter 2.
This took me forever to respond to, but you posed the question of “how to put Mondo in subspace” in response to my last ask and oh BOY I am SO GLAD you asked

The first and most important thing to consider, is that Mondo is consistently put in a caretaker position. Bosozoku might be a youth subculture about teens having fun and fucking shit up, but the leader has quite a lot of responsibility put on them, especially for a gang as big as the Crazy Diamonds. Mondo is the one organizing events. Mondo is the one finding the best routes to take and rest stops for their rides. Mondo’s the one keeping the peace between— literally— hundreds of aggressive and volatile teenagers. There’s a reason his subordinates hold so much respect for him.
It’s also worth noting that in UTDP, he talks about how it’s his responsibility to make sure that his guys are doing okay, even staying up late into the night to talk his right hand man through a tough time. He also says in DR:S “I was always taught to look after the young’ns in my care” when talking to Nagisa.
All this to say, despite his rough and tumble attitude, Mondo is pretty much always putting others before himself.
So, I think in order to put him in subspace, it would include a lot of verbal affirmation and acts of service. Shower with him, do his hair care routine to the letter, all while telling him how handsome and strong he is. When his stomach growls, don’t ask him if he’s hungry, just immediately get up and get him something (and say “eat” with a sweet but firm voice). Don’t let him lift a finger.
It will take him a while to relax into that dynamic, considering how he’s not really used to being the one receiving this sort of thing. We’re talking hours, maybe even days of work on your part. But if you keep kissing him, calling him sweet names and praising him, you’ll get there eventually.
And good god would it be so worth it.
His whole body would relax, his eyes would glaze over as he looks at you like a devotee to their deity. He’ll do anything you ask him to with nothing more than a content hum of “Yessir/Yes, Ma’am…”
And by the time you reward him, that gang leader reputation is long gone. He’ll whimper like a dog begging for a treat, humping the air in a mindless search for more of whatever you’re giving him. And me, personally, I don’t think I’d be able to deny him anything at that point.
I’d say “Oh, I know, sweet thing— I know. I’ll make it better, don’t worry.” And he would give me a whine that sounds like liquid gold
srry its me again. part of the appeal of bottom hajime to me btw is that he’s not used to it and it doesn’t come as naturally to him. he’s awkward on the bottom and doesn’t typically allow himself to trust others or let himself relax in that way. typically he prefers being on top because of the control and feeling of idk power or something. however when he is on the bottom he is shy and whiny and squirmy! i think! lol! tdlr it isn’t even preference but sometimes i want to see him cry 🐇
