The Celestial Dance

A while back, I reworked the color palette for this illustration. I did this drawing in Armenia because I wanted to hold on to a little bit of those memories

It’s warm again and I’m craving the beach. But not just any beach. Specifically a beach with beautiful cliffs, crystal clear ice-cold water, and vibrant green algae. I don’t live near one of those so I will draw it instead 🌊

Got hospitalized a couple of weeks ago, still recovering from the whole ordeal, hence the lack of drawings. But I'm slowly easing back into existence

it shimmers like no gemstones i've ever seen: green as malachite and emerald but shot through with opal, gold, copper. photographs can't do it justice because of how it shines, as well as the way the actual material elements have their own dimensions. you can lean in and study all the fine lines of the circuits or step back and admire how the rearranged whole forms new patterns. it's one of the most beautiful creations i've ever seen.
