Idea for a story
he actually explores the ghost town and the schemes a bit and creates a tourist trap called "ghastly horse" in which he like tells a group of people a legend and then mary rides a painted horse in front of them.
Unpopular opinion
I don't know what tex opinions there are. perhaps it is unpopular to suggest that he shouldn't have entrusted nancy with a horse at all? I wouldn't trust nancy with good old bob.
