Dreams I had last night in order:

1. I cut my arm up, I think I was fighting with my dad. He kept trying to talk to me and I kept trying to get away from him. I covered it up after and he didn't know. He took me out for food somewhere I didn't want to go and I ran away and killed myself. I don't remember how but I remember looking down at my scabby rotted looking arm as I died somewhere

2. My middle school best friend. She was more or less as she is now. She was at a concert or something, I don't know if I was there too or if I was watching a recording after, and it was like she was glowing golden from all different angles. I was my emaciated 18 year old self and I was naked and trying not to look at my body

3. I was taking care of mama and baby animals. There were birds, hedgehogs, and cats, and I was feeding them and making sure they were okay. This was the best dream ever and I was woken up from it by my own mum calling me

#I didn't fall asleep until 4 bc I was really anxious #masturbated and set it off #then I got woken up by staff idk when but pretty early and I didn't get back into a deep sleep #I feel very disoriented #self harm cw #suicide cw #do I even tag those at this point on this blog #lol

He's gone on about my mum's anger problems (which she does have) but I trust her more bc she's aware of them and has worked and continues to work really really hard on them.
