So this is my little blog for my new journey as a biohacker/paleo enthusiast weirdo blog. I used to be a 34 inch waist, with a six pack, big muscles, super fit douchey looking motherfucker. Unfortunately after I left home and went to my first year of college (I had a meal plan) Pizza every night, french toast and eggs in the morning, chicken nuggets and hot dogs for lunch blah blah the same old spiel. Unfortunately that had adverse consequences. Almost 50 pounds heavier, Iām about a 40 inch waist, and I definitely do not have a six pack anymore.Ā
After a certain amount of time this becomes not okay, you know? I started working out a month ago and I was doing it every day, then every other day, then every couple of days, until Iām at about once a week now? And thatās definitely me being generous to myself. Iāve recently been rereading old books, Tim Ferriss, Tony Robbins, those guys. Itās inspired me to get fit and get my life completely back on track. Because sure Iām doing cool music stuff lately, Iām a musician by trade, and itās been great but I havenāt done enough to feel good. My sleep cycles are weird, Iām overweight, I have like two friends and I hardly talk to them, my life in general isnāt great. So I want to work towards getting things back on track and this blog is going to be part of getting my life together and not being shit.Ā
About a month ago I thought I was going to start making some serious changes, but that genuinely lasted like two weeks. And now Iām back in my old trashy habits and thatās not okay for me. I want my life to get back on track so Iām starting this blog and going from there.
The goals I have are for the next 30 days are as follows
Do 30 days of strict paleo
For the next 30 days an hour of exercise
Write in the blog every day
Find a nootropic regimen that works for me
Begin a serious polyphasic sleep regimen
Lose 3-4 inches off my waist
These are just some personal development goals that Iām going to achieve at all costs, Iāve got a set of body fat calipers coming in soon, along with a kettle bell (used to do kettle bells A LOT) the bottom line is these are going to take a serious amount of commitment. Iāll be posting a diet regimen and a workout regimen that I plan to follow. For now, Iāll just be doing a light workout for now (probably only twenty minutes before I start seriously 100% tomorrow) but going from there, hereās a picture of my āLast Hurrah Pizza Boxā
Iāll also be posting small things about personal development that Iām doing. Aka my learning Japanese in 2-3 months. My mastering perfect/relative pitch in the next six months or so. Pretty much mastering classical guitar in the next year or so. This blog will stay pretty much 100% anonymous. Iām not super confident with posting pictures yet, as well as I donāt want this blog thatās intended to help me keep on track to become useless because people I know in real life find it.
