[just starting to get into the piles of developed film I've neglected] It's weird how much of the process will film is knowing something is there but not seeing it. In a way it takes the pressure off. It's all in your head. Gas Works Park, Seattle. Sometime in the winter.

The Rangipo Desert does not have a lot of shelter, which makes it pretty surreal to cross over Ngauruhoe while it's hailing. Definitely one of the more "I can't believe this is actually happening" moments of my life. And today thinking back on it. Mordor over Mount Doom, Tongariro National Park, New Zealand.
