A tragic scene:

My turtle notices the blueberry I put out for him but in his excitement he drops it into his pond. He considers a recovery mission on his own, then turns to me for assistance instead.

this person's story is heartbreaking. I know only a tiny fraction of what they endure on a daily basis. I know we're all struggling and that times are hard, but if you can spare anything or at the very least reblog this, share it on other sites, anything.

I remember all too well being ridiculed for my teeth day in and day out. I remember the exact experiences this person describes of hating yourself, being unable to smile for fear of being made fun of. unable to eat. in so much pain you don't know what to do. so much pain that you start losing the will to go on.

I can tell this poor person is losing hope that anything will get better for them and I hate to see it. so I want to try to do what I can, and all I can do is share it and please ask all of you that you do as well. if enough of us get it out there then hopefully it'll pick up traction. thank you.

TL;DR my boss is abusive and legally allowed to underpay me. I am looking for financial support to leave the job and housing situation at my current place of employment. Please help me. It is an emergency.

The job i am currently at is horrifyingly abusive, and I do not get paid hourly. I have never seen more than $296 on my checks. Ever.

I get paid $4 for every horse stall I clean, on top of turnout and turn-in, feeding, throwing hay, scrubbing buckets, grooming and tacking up horses, I could literally keep going for 30 minutes on all the shit I need to do and don't get paid for.

My boss is never at the barns, she stays in her apartment almost always unless she has a lesson.

She tells my friend and I that we aren't doing enough even though the past 5 days we worked in the heat to the point both of us were throwing up and I ended up passing out. We both stoll have at the very least heat exhaustion.

Her reasoning? Three of her horses were in movies, she was second in command with the "World Famous Lippizans", and she has boarders she "can't afford to lose".

I am losing my mind and burning out very quickly. I need help. Please, if anybody can spare anything— even a dollar, it would make a world of difference.

I can give proof of my situation as well, if that is needed just so people know this isn't AI or a scam. Please. Anything.
