Being alterhuman does not mean you have some ~special ability~ to interact with wild animals.

DO NOT go touching/chasing/ generally messing with wildlife. You aren't special and you could harm those animals, or be harmed by them. Even small things like bugs can kill you. You aren't immune to rabies.

If you scare wild animals by chasing them for species euphoria or whatever, you can genuinly kill them. Birders have a term for when it happens to birds, its called a Dread Flight. When you unnecessarily scare a wild animal, you are causing it to waste energy it needs to survive. Wildlife can't afford to waste energy. You're enjoyment is NEVER worth disturbing wildlife.

You do not have the training to rescue wild animals just because you're alterhuman. If you don't have the actual training to resue wildlife and you genuinely find an animal in need of help, CALL A FUCKING WILDLIFE REHABILITATION CENTER!!!! It isn't that hard to find the number for your local center and they'll tell you what to do, if anything, and help you if necessary.

To interact with wildlife at ALL is risky unless you have done extensive research on the species and even then you need to have been taught how to handle them and ensure their proper safety.

You can kill an animal very easily by not handling it properly and your identity is not an excuse for improper handling. I've seen it so much and it frustrates me every time. It's especially irritating when it happens around me because someone is trying to imitate me and doesn't realize the time I took learning proper care and handling for animals. (SPECIFICALLY insects, crustaceans, fish, reptiles. I do not have the training or knowledge to handle animals outside of these)

I feel this applies to therians too, not just alterhuman communities. Ive seen it happen with both, and ive seen it excused through saying things such as "my theriotype is _____ so i know how to handle them", you dont. You cant even tell the basic difference between a millipede and a centipede so how the hell are you going to sit there and tell me you know something won't harm you when I am standing right across from you looking at you holding something that could VERY WELL HARM YOU.

I feel as though these people are the same who keep animals without researching at all how to care for them

Uuh some lore on the sona ig (I totally take asks about them)

Theyve been in the computer for about 15 years, but before being digitalised they had a major in computer science/coding and was trying to repair the computer post-installation.

They have mostly forgotten about their human life before being digitalized and spend most of their time with Kinito. Its the only way TO spend time considering they have long exhausted all other activities.

They are canonically autistic spectrum and that did not change when they were digitalized.

Playing as different characters gets me to do class challenges, so Seb was purely guns and Painter is currently only yoyo’s + doodads (like spike balls)

However, it also lets me make some decisions about the worlds I play in, which is really funny in the case of builds and the evils loll

YES. sorry this was such a good idea i had to lock in… so here’s my sebastian 1x4 design !! also some seb 1x4 and painter noli doodles

although their dynamic isn’t the same as sebastian and painter’s — 1x4 would be more snappish and noli would give him a lotta sass for it, but they tolerate each other just fine
