He stood over him as he just glanced down waiting for an answer. Will was very swift and was able to detect actions immediately but he found this battle meaningless. He would've just walked away but this man amused him and he saw something in the other and it made him stay for some strange reason.

His current position isn't ideal, but lucky for Judas it doesn't look like his opponent is eager to continue. Carefully, slowly, Judas eases himself up to sit. "Eh, I've always found it more fun to show than tell. There's more to learn about people from how they hold up in a fight than talking about the weather." He reached his hand out in a silent request for help up; no tricks intended.

With his prey not only subdued, but thoroughly hypnotized, Jaden seizes the opportunity to strike. Quick as he can, he flattens his hand and throws it out to strike Judas in the neck with a comical karate chop. Not too hard, but not too gentle either; just enough force to let the other know that he just lost this battle between them.

"You jerk!"

"I was panicking. I unexpectedly walked in on you and didn't know how to proceed. Do you always mistake fear for interest?"

"What'd you think I was gonna do, strangle you with the mic cord in front of everyone?" If Judas had figured out that 'Jacob' was the very same 'Pierce' who had been a thick thorn in his side before their little flirting session, he might have done. But that was then and this was now.

When he found himself in Judas' personal space, Jaden loomed over him, smile widening and confidence growing with every passing second. "Face it, babe - your prey instinct may be going off, but I'm not the easy bird dinner you want me to be."

"You say that like you wouldn't jump at the chance for me to swallow you whole~"

He was no fool. But he obviously wasn't letting anyone touch his death scythe even if it was part of a bet.

The moment he hits the ground though, Judas is rolling over onto his back and kicking out to hopefully knock away any follow up attack from the death scythe. He certainly isn't aware of just how dangerous it could be and why Will isn't lashing out with it. "What's so special about that thing anyway, huh?"

Although he had to be smart about it. He didn't want to fight him with his death scythe just to accidentally kill or harm him. He was going to be careful or at least try to. "You're quite foolish." He said before jumping once more into the air and landing behind Judas. "I must say taking on a reaper is quite a bold move in my opinion. Not very wise but..I do rather not add onto the amount of overtime that I have to do. So perhaps we should make this quick shall we?"

"Would you believe I've been called that a lot?" Judas' elbow raised at the same time that he moved to spin around, trying to drive his arm up into Will's throat. "How about we have a little wager on this fight?" This may have started out as harmless fun but now his curiosity was piqued and Judas was giving it his all. "If I get you pinned down, then I get a go at swinging around that fancy stick after all."
