What are you looking forward to right now?
I'm actually going to Tasmania next week for a small vacation. I think a break from the big city is something that I really need right now. Gonna go see some devils, and explore the country a little bit

My latest form of bedrotting is just laying there and watching old movies so I watched Gamera: All Monsters Attack (1969 I believe?) It was so bad but like you can't help but find it endearing. In an age of AI slop and CGI mess out there, it's just nice to see practical sets being used, however bad they may be.

I hate doing my laundry so much lmfao, just because sometimes I gotta carry it up three flights of stairs if the elevator is out.

I think it's got to be doing 'art for art sake'. Do art for yourself because you enjoy it rather than aiming for gaining an online audience. It's so easy to create something that'll get the most likes but you gotta do things that you feel passionate for
I should take my own advice on that lmao.

I really vibe with the Autumn and winter months so like may/june are my favourite months of the year. Late may is usually when fall starts to really take full effect down here and there's such a nice vibe to it.

I think that is pretty obvious, Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds has really just latched onto my brain.

Overall, my favourite has to be The Artillerymen And The Fighting Machine. I like the build up to the reveal of the Fighting Machines, the first time hearing the ULLLAAA and the narration and the music makes it so easy to picture what's going on in my head.
My favourite lyrical song is Forever Autumn since it kinda speaks to me. It's also a very Oron song

I got hit with an intense motivation/art block recently so I just kinda did this as more of an experiment with Clip Studio's animation capabilities. I really like experimenting with the Fighting Machines because the album gives me inspiration just in general.
It taught me a few things about Clip Studio that I didn't know and that's what I wanted, even if it's not refined. I really wanted to go for The Fighting Machines being capable of moving through the night silently despite their size.
