“if you ask my mum nothing is too early. she already decorated the entire house and now she’s working on the outside and she’s playing christmas music at 4 am before going to work.” cj enjoyed christmas, it was a big deal in his family but his mother loved it a bit too much in his opinion. “you do you, dude. mariah starts whenever you feel like it.”
“okay well, vanilla is boring, lad. you gotta get out there, try other flavours, ya know? vanilla is one thing, but there are so many things out there for you to explore that are better than vanilla,” he added with a shrug, “you’ve had tea? you surely haven’t had all of the teas that are out there. i have had my fair share. i’m sorry you haven’t had earl grey, but… it’s up there on my favourites list.”
“i’m pleased with what i’ve gotten in tea adventures. i’m content, i’m not as excited about it as you are, dude.” cj mused. “as said i stick to what i know. had green tea once and almost threw up so i’m sticking to my vanilla with should have both honey and milk in it before i even drink it.” the skater titled his head back when snickering and shrugged. “if you ever invite me for tea, i’ll think about trying this earl grey type.”
As Colin strolled through the school hallways during his free hour, he decided to scope out for his best friend. The stress of falling behind academically had admittedly gotten to him more than he cared to admit, he couldn’t even count how many hours of after school makeup work he’d put in over the last couple of weeks. He knew at least talking to CJ would lighten his mood. “Hey man, I heard on the way over one of the vending machines is broken again. How much time do you think we have to loot it until Principal Powell sends maintenance over to fix it?”
personally cj was doing pretty decent academically. the skater had a good study head, way better than his brothers who even got into college. the backpack resting over his shoulder when noticing his best friend and smiled, lifting head up. “you got stressed stamped on your forehead, bro.” he managed to blurt out playfully and inhaled contently. “enough time. you know principal powell.” cj chuckled when giving his friend a pat on the back. “all the sweets for my buddy.”

“haven’t taken it and i sure won’t either. fucking thing has side effects like high fever, vomiting, muscle ache and more. i’m not staying locked inside for a few days with that or get sick for weeks.” cj flicked a brow up at her. good thing the jock had a great immune system and he rarely got sick but when he did, he’d feel like death for weeks. “so i really don’t think so..” shaking his head when smiling.
“can’t even get decent tea around here. they ended up putting coffee instead of water… can you believe that? on that same topic, earl grey coffee is actually not half bad..”
“coffee mixed with tea sounds like a nightmare but at least you got some.. teafee.” cj even snorted out a dry laugh as he would snicker at his own bad jokes more than needed. “but i can’t believe you’re actually drinking that, bro.”

money isn’t an issue yet he loves buying brand clothes only to ruin them to fit his own fashion sense.

⋆ he is one of the jocks and he’s also a senior so his only real sport interest is skateboarding but he’s pretty good at basketball.
⋆ if there is a party cj will not back out. the kid as two moods either get shitfaced so you can’t get home or just have a few drinks and manage getting home.
⋆ has a golden retriever named queenie he taught to skateboard.
⋆ cj is a incredibly chill, leaned back and a loyal person. honestly your problem isn’t his problem vice versa and he will probably never stick his nose in anyone’s business cause he doesn’t care unless you give him a real reason to but if you’re good friends then he has your back for sure.
his attitude is very surfer/skater boy which is 100% opposite of his parents and his brothers. howsoever he can sound very rude when speaking since he doesn’t really have a filter, says how it sounds in his head cause honesty lasts the longest in his opinion.
⋆ he was in a bad accident when fifteen and crushed his knee. it’s functional and does it’s job but the pain comes and goes. it also makes this weird clicking sound when bent.
⋆ he has a few hobbies aside from skateboarding which is drawing and painting, nothing fancy but he has a creative side to him which came forward more when stuck in the hospital and at home letting his knee heal.
