What's needed: dutch processed unsweetened cocoa powder,

warm water

raw sugar

vanilla extract

powdered cinnamon

salt

espresso

ice

milk

whipped cream (optional)

In a 16 oz mug, add 1.5 Tbsp of dutch processed unsweetened cocoa powder (it's important that it's dutch process) and 1.5 Tbsp of warm water, then mix until smooth.

Add 2 Tbsp of raw sugar (not white) into mug and mix until even.

Add 0.5 Tsp vanilla extract, 0.25 Tsp powdered cinnamon, pinch or 2 of salt (depending on how salty you like chocolate) to mug and mix.

Taste chocolate sauce mixture and add more salt if desired.

Brew a double shot of espresso, around 36g brewed. (that's a whole different tutorial).

Add espresso to mug and mix.

Add 5 to 7 ice cubes (about 70 g) to mug and mix until ice stop melting.

Add 1 c of milk to mug and mix.
