The proofs of my authorship for my dolls
I prefer not to talk about the problems and complexities that occur in my life, but recent events do not allow me to remain silent. I became a victim of the theft and illegal use of my work. As you know, I worked on my first doll for more than 2 years at the time of its release in 2016. I make dolls with 3d technology and never hide it. And in 2015 I was looking for a company to print my doll and sent a demo version of the head and hands of Magdalena to sites of different companies to find out the cost of printing my models. This led to the fact that one of the employees of these companies, Sergei Shapovalov (PoToLo) used my models in their work and sold them on the site 3dtoday.ru.
People from the russian BJD community knew about this and accused me of buying a 3d model from Sergey. But this is not true. Sergei Shapovalov published his model for sale on November 19, 2016.
My work on Magdalena was started much earlier, in 2014-2015. I attach screenshots of my own files with dates.
In addition, I have a correspondence with my wife Kate (Ekaterina) from the messenger, where she sends me photos of the master models that she cast in early November 2016. I was sick then and stayed at home, and she worked in the office, delighting me with photos of the birth of my first doll.
On November 24, 2016, I published my first almost complete master-model of my first doll Magdalena on Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/amadiz/31213908565/in/dateposted-public/
Her model is also entirely mine.
One of the letters that I sent in 2015 to different 3D printing companies, to find out the cost of printing my 3d model.
I filed a complaint on 3dtoday.ru against Sergei Shapovalov and proved my authorship of Magdalena head, the 3D MODEL WAS DELITED by admininstration of this site: http://3dtoday.ru/market/games/toys/sharnirnaya_kukla_sharnirnye_sustavy/it/
In addition, the same people from Russia, who want to destroy my reputation with all their might, spread rumors that the author of my doll is Ivan Plastmaska. Ivan Plastmaska is my friend, and I’m his regular customer, now he prints all.
His post: https://www.facebook.com/iplastmaska/posts/479378749084911
“Friends, because of one of my photos there was an unpleasant situation in the BJD (Ball Jointed Doll) community. My friend, talented artist Georgy Ramensky 3d-maker Ivan Plastmanska, i.e. I have.
Our cooperation lasts about a year. During this time, I was organized work of complex technical equipment, taking into account the specifics of printing master-models for dolls. Print master-models in a layer-by-layer fusing method (FDM). To improve the quality of master-models 3D-printing.
All creative work, ideas from the general concept of up to buttons on clothes of dolls belongs to Georgy. He did his models in Zbrush, I, in turn, continue to help with 3D-printing of master-models. Everyone is engaged in his own business, I’m technical support, all creative work is carried out by Georgy, this is his ideas, his models and his creativity. ”
I’ve never used other people’s creations in my work, even free templates. I create my dolls completely myself.
Each from my dolls was agreed with the administration of Den of Angels, I sent them screenshots of work on my doll. I want to show some of them here. This is the first version of Virginia, (which was released after re-make), old version Angels body, and Yolande on the first version Angels male body.
I have never lied and all my creativity and design of dolls belongs exclusively to me and Amadiz Studio. And even though I brought irrefutable evidence of my authorship, I understand that people from the Russian BJD community will continue to slander. But I do not hold evil against them, and I will just continue my work. I will create dolls, putting my soul and love in them.
Thank you all for your support and many kind words. I am glad that in the world there are so many good and beautiful people for whose sake it is worth trying and creating wonderful things.
