limbus company fanbus / fanbranch recruitment
before we begin; i had fully intended to do this as a solo oc-project endeavor but ultimately find that this would be much more fun and enjoyable for me to pursue as a collaborative project.
please be AWARE the information you see here is not finalized and still has yet to be properly written up. this serves as advertisement for garnering people who would be interested in participation.
LIMBUS COMPANY VICE is intended to be a fully original fan bus / sub branch to limbus company akin to that of LCD, LCCA/B but following the format the LCB has: a guide, a manager, and sinners to go with. though what sets them apart from LIMBUS COMPANY BUS is that their intent is not related to the recollection of golden boughs.
what is their intent then? you might ask...
LIMBUS COMPANY VICE or LCV will be centered around the purpose of identifying + handling + documenting different cases of varying hazards across the city. i.e. they'll go deal with urban plagues/nightmares/myths/etc.
there is even room for potentially detaining much similar to how distortions (LCD) or other things are taken in with the different branches of limbus company.
this is a further effort for limbus company to put out their name favorably while also benefiting and further establishing a wide array of intel or having things in their possession which further allow them to meet other goals that the branches may need.
HOWEVER i am still very much working on this so with time this is something i'd be looking for input on from members who may potentially join. collaborative for a reason.
sinner information
this is the second most crucial aspect of this and one with a lot more finite things decided. if you haven't guessed by now. the branch is themed around the sins. before i further explain these things are mandatory to joining/making; 1. all sinners participating in this branch must both be NEW CHARACTERS & SOURCELESS. having a source is irrelevant and holds no weight or aspect here. 2. every sinner in this branch represents a sin found in game. more will be detailed. 3. these sinners will not have any other sin types associated or correlated to them regardless. every version of them will be centered or have their sin at the core. i.e. how the LCB sinners can have several sins at once - for example; wrath is wrath all the way through. this is both an in character and out of character thing. your character was recruited precisely because they embody the sin. 4. there are only 8 sinners in this branch including the manager this isn't definitive information what i'm going to say but it was ideas i concepted. once again, if this is success and i recruit people i'll look to discuss/have conversations about the information here. i had the concept of the sinners having committing great sins with whatever their representative sin may be. you can view them being picked up into lcv is more or less literally living to the title of sinners. it's repentance in some way. they are prisoners in concept but LCV & limbus is a lot softer of a punishment depending. their second chance is through limbus literally safeguarding all of them from being exploded. thats what they were promised. in addition: i had the "concept" of their cantos is them solving hazards that more or less are tied to them, but the results of their actions potentially. so tldr; everyone on this bus is going to be awful in some shape or form (welcome to the city). they are being made to face their sin and become one with it. things i am still debating and will probably put to discussion: - if the branch also has a "bus" they use to collectively travel. if they live on it all the time or only temporary -- or live in a building/huge complex. - sinner numbers with that all of the way. into the introduction of the sinner roles.

hiraeth is completely devoid of memories and is considered SINLESS.
intentionally doll like, face IS a mask, while hiras body is something different all together. artifical abnormality. although hira has a human soul transplanted into hiras body. hira does not know or remember this.
notably very quiet and hira keeps to hiras self. lack of notable personality that over time will slowly grow the more they are introduced to sin.
heals/revives require hira to harm/hurt them to a point of severity or near death to where hira will remove hiras mask. unveiling hiras face which according to each sinner looks different depending. no one knows what hira looks like. even the crack on hiras face does not allow for clear view.
their representative color is white
the guide — tent close they are the polar opposite of hiraeth & the sinners.
"requirements"
this character has to embody every single sin. yes. you heard me. this character is intended to be very complex. very deep. the extent and their nature is completely up to you but it's so important that this is followed.
this character is in not going to be weak by any nature. you do not HAVE to make a color fixer but if you want to that is allowed- you literally can do anything. just they are required and are mandated to be very strong. similar nature to verg / dante, verg - sinners dynamics. protects/takes care of hira in pinches and interferres (on the off chance) if sinners are not listening.
their representative color has to be black.
you do not have to follow this or use it at all. but you can take inspiration if desired!
WRATH — OPEN ROLE "requirements" - their representative color is CRIMSON. - they embody wrath.
LUST — taken "requirements" - their representative color is SCARLET. - they embody lust.
SLOTH — OPEN ROLE "requirements" - their representative color is AMBER. - they embody sloth.
GLUTTONY — OPEN ROLE "requirements" - their representative color is SHAMROCK. - they embody gluttony.
GLOOM — OPEN ROLE "requirements" - their representative color is AZURE. - they embody gloom.
PRIDE — OPEN ROLE "requirements" - their representative color is INDIGO. - they embody pride.
ENVY — taken by me - im big and greedy
that's as far as that goes! there's not much left to say. maybe in the future i'll consider or seek out more people for potential npc or other roles but as it stands this is as much as i want. i also would love individual people in each spot but if this doesn't gain as much traction as i'd hope i'll probably change that.
what i'm hoping for is
- establishing a discord server for shenanigans/communication, i also have a toyhouse world already. - debating rp but for now thats not a requirement or something i think i will have be intended to happen. we can simply just be silly and do character discussions and the like.

wait no. i also intend to try to figure out a custom uniform but um scratches head. <- scared.
