I signed a lease for worlds tiniest studio apartment b/c the 3 bed with 2 other ppl fell through, and I want to be out of my house asap. But now I'm kind of regretting it? As much as I want my own space / other concerns, it probably would have been really good for me to have people (or just another person) around.

also. the first small illegal studio apartment i rented in 2021 for $700 is $1350 now (saw it on zillow td)
